Got a call requesting a service call in Tukwila, WA for Nov. 11, 2014. Received a purchase order and post appointment paperwork to fill out and return. Returned all paperwork as requested. As of 2-19-2015 have not received payment of only $104. Repeated emails have gone unanswered. After a bit of research (that in hindsight I see I have should have done before agreeing to provide services) it is obvious that Judy Brinkley and Telecommunication Solutions have a history of repeatedly contracting work with local contractors and then not paying the bill.
