Telecom*USA Packager Orange California

my wife called to Vietnam using 1010229 and it says 4 cents per minutes. And now I receive the bill for $50 for 33 minutes and Telecom said that they never had this 1010229 number. They said they only have 1010220 which costs 1.53/minute. My wife and I has called Vietnam for so long over 15 years and even use phone card for serveral years. we know how much it costs. we will not use it if we hear 1.53/minute. Actually this is just the first bill. My wife has called many times after this because the Chinese New year is coming. It means for sure that it says 4 cents a minute because my wife will not make the same mistake for many times. The new bill has not arrived yet for the month of Feb. Any One out there please help.
