TREEHOUSE MARKETING - MONTEREY FINANCIAL ripoff, this company took 229.95 from my checking account after I returned their product PROVO Utah

I received a phone call from Treehouse Marketing, about a natural weight loss formula Zylacor. I asked if I could take while I'm nursing my baby.

I was told I could ask my dr. So I ok'd the 9.95 shipping and handling. I received 3 bottles, instead of my "FREE" bottle only.

My dr. said not to take it. So I tried to call
the customer service department at (801)426-6300 x 5. This number is no longer in service.

I called their toll free number 1-800-698-9997 and this number would not connect. I called the 800 information number 1-800-555-1212, they told me there is no 800
number for this company.

I called Utah information @ 1-801-555-1212 they have no listing for this company.

I returned their product to them anyway.

They still charged my checking account the $229.95, on 9-24-03.

I, like many others thought that this was a good company, I have found out differently.

Luckly my Bank is working with me to help me get my money back. I never told this company they could take
any money from me other than the 9.95
shipping and handling for my "FREE" bottle.

My father would like those of you to contact me by using the rebuttal box, in the event of a class action law suit.

I look forward to hearing about one.
