Jacob Holcomb is the President of this outfit, although he will never return a phone call or e-mail. Tim Reynolds is supposidly the VP of Sales but also does not return calls or e-mails and a guy called Matt is the Sales Person.

This Company advertises on the Internet through Google and boasts "Exclusive Telemarketed Leads" you purchase a 50 hour marketing campaign whereby their internal "Telemarketers" call potential customers based on your search criteria.

This Company is not but a scam and should be at the top of the Rip-off Report.

Once they receive your money they stop answering the phone their 1-877 # was disconnected and only after calling every day for three weeks did I finally get to talk to Matt.

After hearing every excuse in the world he finally agreed to send us the leads we had paid for...we received 32 leads of the min of 60 which we signed a contract for, of which 7 were commercial leads, none met any of our search criteria and every one of then had been contacted by 4 -6 other lenders in the previous three weeks.

This lets me know that we were totally mis-informed and that the leads were nothing other than leads purchased by them from another source and not telemarketed as represented.

PLEASE save your money and use another Company instead of these scam artists.

what is with 'lead companies' ????

AUTHOR: Tom - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 21, 2006

hi
my name is tom and i am a mortgage broker in florida.

let me get this straight........

You actually believe that a lead company is going to generate quality mortgage leads for you.

thats right , for YOU to make THOUSANDS of dollars . You really believe someone is going to to thru all the hassle of getting all of these gems just to sell them to you for virtually nothing.

here is a tip.

whether they admit it or not, this is the reality......

they get leads for THEMSELVES and /or their cronies. Not for you to make $$$$ off of.

the leftover crap ones that are no good is what you get. Instead of just incorporating the loss into the cost of doing business, the CHEAP BASTARDS sell them to unsuspecting souls as 'double verified leads' and other piles of crap.

why on gods green earth would a company generate mortgage leads and not simply negotiate the loans off the leads themselves is beyond me.

it is ridiculous to think they just love giving money away.
