Telliss charges for seven calls to Sweden we did not make Fishers Indiana

We were billed by Telliss for seven calls to Sweden...total is $210. Several complaints have done no good. I have called them twice, and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time, and then was rudely told there was nothing I could do. I have filed written complaints four times, and each time told the charges were legitimate and there was nothing I could do. They tell us the charges are for pay per view over the internet, yet the telephone number charged is not even connected to a computer. In the same reply, they say they detected a long distance connection from the telephone number to Sweden. How do these two statements jive? We were not even home on one of the days, when four calls were billed, and can prove that. We were home on the day the other three calls were billed, but we are sure we did not make the calls, and our computer is connected to a broadband connection, not to the phone line that is being billed. I have complined to both the FTC, and to the Justice Department for our state, and Telliss is still insisting I am responsible for the charges.
