Telstar Marketing ,Canada & USA, Tele-Pros Inc Took company funds to carry out marketing campaign - never carried out campaign and now will not reply to phonecalls Syracuse, New York

The Lloyds Manhattan Corporation was seeking a marketing company to contact accredited investors in the USA with information on our SEC approval to offer 10% of our stock to raise business capital.

we dealt with the Canadian Office yet it says they also have an office in the USA

We purchased a list of 12,000 accredited investors and paid over $3000 to Telstar for a 100 hour marketing campaign which has guarantees that they would "close X number of deals"

We also paid $250 for a video which we were told would be emailed to interested investors to ensure that they would be excited when they were called back.

We also were dealing with Mark Nash (who it is now said on forums is Randy Crane) and he strung us along for a few weeks saying they were training staff and honing scripts - we kept asking to see the video we paid for but it never came and the last straw was him saying he could not get hold of the company who were producing it.

It is over 2 months since we sent the fee and apart from a couple of calls saying they had done some test calls and were honing the scripts we are not aware of anything actually being done to contact accredited investors and start the ball rolling.

my business partner is in USA and he now cannot get an answer when he tries to call Telstar Marketing and we were surprised to see these reports as we checked the internet before we wired the fee to the company account.

We have demanded a refund and if that is not forthcoming this is much more serious because accepting wire transfers is Wire Fraud and a Federal Offence
