Attention All;
Claiming to be a private direct lender, Temesha Childs of TSC Investments, promises to fund in just 4-5 days any amount from $1K to $5M at 10% interest for a one year term if the borrower deposits to her Bank of America account 10% of the required amount as DP. Loan to be amortized in 12 consecutive monthly installments.

After having personally and directly spoken and corresponded with Temesha to allay my concerns I made the huge mistake of referring one of my clients to her 10% program. My client made his 10% DP and now, after having spent well over 45 days waiting and hearing Temesha’s outlandish excuses, she hasn’t performed nor makes the many times demanded refund to my client. She will no longer acknowledge neither my calls nor emails.

The above factual information is provided as a public service announcement to prevent additional scams by Temesha to other borrowers.
