TEMPO AUTO SALES /JMAC FININICAL IN HOPKINSVILLE,KY. & TEMPO AUTO SALES/JMAC FININICAL IN DICKSON,TN. ENFORCED AN ARGEED AGREEMENT/BILL OF SALES THAT WASN'T AGREED Hopkinsville & dickson Kentucky & tenn

 On 10/02/2014 I had purchased a 2003 gmc envoy from James Powell of tempo auto sales in hopkinsville ky. I laid $1,000.00 dollars down for down payment which was paid why my debit card n a agreed agreement contract/bill of sales was done n other documents such as lienholder rules n regulations, n as is no warranty all documents was signed n dated(or so I thought so anways). My 1st ky. Temp tag was issued by James Powell that day good from 10/02/14 thru 12/02/14. On 12/02/14 my wife n a friend of hers went 2 make tha payment 4 me in that amount of $600.00 dollars ( 2 payments which was 11/02/14 & 12/02/14) was paid in cash (I have my receipt) it was made 2 Matt M. At tempo auto in hoptown which stated that i need 2 start sending my payment 2 dickson tn. Which I ask bout my tags n it going into my name bc by now its been 4 months n nothing bout my tags or it in my name all I was told is sum people has waited longer than 6 Months 4 em. N was waiting on em so Matt M. Keep my 1st ky. Temp tag n he issued my 2nd ky. Temp tag on 12/02/14 good thru 02/02/15. So more time passes by i would call n call no answer finally got called but was bc of payment being passed due i asked again were r my tags n why aint it in my name was told sumthing is wrong wit tha paperwurk so still waiting i said well i ibt making another payment or payments intil i get my tags n it in my name this had been told 2 every1 i had spoken wit in ky n tn n was done everytime i did speak 2 1 of em so my wife n kids told my payment up 2 Dakota at tempo auto/JMAC in hoptown. Paid $600.00 dollars in cash (I have my receipt) which was also (2 payments 01/02/15 & 02/02/15) he didn't know about my tags or it getting put in my name either apparently n told me 2 start sending payments 2 tempo auto sales/JMAC in dickson tn. Bc they r tha corporate office (still have paper he wrote it on). than Dakota issued my 3rd ky.temp tag good for 02/02/15 thru 04/02/15. At this point that's 6 Months with it not being transferred into my name n 6 Months with no answers of why or what was going on. So I keep my wurd bout tha payments but when tha 3rd ky. Temp tag expired on 04/02/15 I still had no tags or it in my name or answers of why or what is going on. So than when I had spoken wit James Powell ova tha phone asking tha same thing ova n ova again also told him that i told u i wasnt making anymore payments intil i get it in my name n my tags plus tha temp tag I have has expired n did on 04/02/15 he told me that they would be in a few more weeks (wasn't true) plus had spoken wit tn. Lot I was told a payment would have 2 b made 2 tn. Lot b4 I could get 1 which I think was bs bc of tha situation 2 begun with but I agreed 2 send em $200.00 dollars (BUT NEVER DID) it's sad that I had 2 say that just 2 get a ky. Temp tag from him n James Powell mailed me my 4th ky. Temp tag 2 my p.o. box in dawson Springs ky. For 04/23/15 good thru 06/28/15.(I still have all my ky. Temp tags) I didn't send any payments to dickson tn. Not 1 dime i went 2 hoptown lot sereval times no 1 there n called serval times # been disconnected i culdnt get ahold of any1 at hoptown lot as of this day still no 1 which has been closed down 4 a while now. After all this on 08/19/15 they came 2 my job (at tha time) 2 repo my 2003 gmc envoy but since it was dark outside I culdnt really c tha paperwurk so I handed it 2 my wife 2 look at n she stated don't do it i believe it's an illegal repo order something ain't rite wt tha paperwurk look at it. Than tha repo guy started yelling at her 2 give him tha repo order she stated no go get tha proper authority n law enforcement n than tha repo guy got into her face n was demanding em she keep on saying no n go get proper authority so he called sum1 on his cell n told em that "shes being a horses a*s" talkin bout my wife all bc she wuldnt give him tha paperwurk back that i gave her 2 look at n bc she was taking pics of everything including he tha driver n tha car they was in so than we as in me my wife n 3 kids go into the locked building/shop office where i wurked at n she handed me tha paperwurk explaining 2 me that something ain't rite bc tha repo order was my credit application but 4 missed payments from tempo auto sales/JMAC of hopkinsville ky n not tha agreed contract agreement/bill of sales or a title she said dont give em back tha repo order paperwurk u em keep em 2 show 2 a lawyer he said i cant keep em i said ok than if ur not keeping em than take pics of em..let me also state 4 tha record that property does have no tresspassing signs up everywhere n entrance gate locked n we was locked inside tha shop office where I worked bc it was after office work hrs that I worked so everything was locked. But tha next thing we know sum1 is beating on tha shop back door(does have a front door in front) yelling that he was tha police so being said my oldest son unlocks tha door n let's him in which was 2 law enforcement officers. But only 1 had spoken tha whole time telling me that I had 2 give back tha paperwurk or get arrested if I didn't! so I handed it 2 him. Then he started talking bout comparing ky & tn laws n told us he was out of his jurisdiction n that I culd keep tha envoy he just wanted tha paperwurk n he told us that we better not never c*m 2 tn (which I'm not sure why that was said) but my wife looked at him n said why what tha hell would I be going there 4. Also told me that if tha repo guys take it they could b charged 4 gta aka grand theft auto but if that's tha case why did they take tha chance on tha repo wit tha credit application? But now this makes me wonder if I culd b charged as well? But after that a few days later I got 2 thinking bout tha repo order n why they was using tha credit application 4 so my wife had started looking at all my paperwurk 4 me from when I had purchased tha 2003 gmc envoy n noticed sumthing n believe this is wat caused all this mess but on tha agreed contract agreement/bill of sales n all tha other paperwurk wit it only I had signed n dated all that paperwurk n contract/bill of sales n that james powell tempo auto sales/jmac finincial in hopkinsville ky as tha seller didn't sign n date any of em ( I have all tha paperwurk). I do feel that they seen n knew all this from tha beginning n that's why I didn't get my tags or it transfered into my name n why they wanted me 2 send my payments 2 tn. Plus why didn't any of em even tell me this.. they all enforced tha contract agreed agreement/bill of sales on my payments getting made but how culd it have been enforced by em when he didn't even sign it too b done I do think that's why tn. Try 2 take ova so there name culd go on it which its possible that it is rite now. But if so it shouldn't be bc tn. Had n has nothing 2 do with this! bc I have no document and/or on any of my paperwurk I signed n dated back on 10/02/2014 saying tempo auto sales/jmac finincial in dickson tn. Was and/or is lienholder holder of my 2003 gmc envoy n on my paperwurk it states that tha lienholder holder is jmac of hopkinsville ky n that's where 2 send my payments too I signed n dated this paper on 10/02/2014. N As of this date 07/16/2016 I still have my 2003 gmc envoy sle 4x4 vin # 1GKDT13S832320000. but I cant drive it bc of it not having tags or in my name! This was tha only vehicle I had n was my only transportion I lost out on a lot of things bc of this mess my boys had 2 quit basketball bc of no way there school meetings n events bc of no way there my job at tha time bc of no way there(n other reasons) n taking my kids 2 dr.s n etc..I truly wish sum1 wuld help me with this that's why I started here...thank u 4 taking tha time 2 read this...
