I will also be putting all over social media the fact that I informed Ten Minute Title Loan that I was getting refinanced with Loan Mart ( their competitor ) and 30 minutes later their repossession team was at my door to take my car ! I called the owner of the title company and offered to pay off two months in advance and told him I only wanted to go to loan mart because their interest was just TOO HIGH for me to pay month after month!! I took a $2800 loan paid off $1800 thus far and they are still telling me that I have to pay $336 per month and order to get out of this painful experience that I will need to pay $4100. The owner wants finding out that I was going to the competitor sent the repo man to my door and just told me that he could tow my car and then have loan Mart pay him. That was a lie I just got off the phone with several title companies and found out that because you Ten minute title has already towed my car that I cannot get the loan now. So what just took place was : I informed Ten Minute Title that I was getting a loan to pay them off. And what they decided to do was tow my car in retaliation. Because I was going to their competitor. That is evil. I am a mother it is my sons 12th birthday, I run a non-profit organization for many unfortunate children because parents cannot afford to have them within a youth sports program. I am a very good person I did not deserve to be treated this way. God is watching and if you do not believe in God , believe in karma. Never ever use this company. They have NO heart they are money grabbers. If you have your car towed they will send it to their sister company who will take all items out of your car and charge you per day separately for them on the side of paying for your car to come out of repossession as well. Unfortunately for me they are demanding for full payment in order to release my car and I cannot now get it refinanced through loan mart . Unfortunately this means that I'm going to lose my car. This means that several children will not have a ride to the youth sports program. Please go to any company but this company!! Now the real owner Rafi just called me and swears that he will get my review removed from yelp. Bottom line is that I offered to make the payment today I offered to make two payments today . These people went ahead and still took my car and the only reason they took it is because I said that I was going to the competitor. These people are not right they are bullies , please do not use this company. I did not accept the owners reply to my complaint on Yelp . I was trying to make the payment today as agreed and then refinance with loan Mart. The so-called person who told me they were the owner Chuck said that they would not take the payment. They were pissed because I was going to the competitor. I am a consumer I am a good mother and a great person and I want the world to know. I will not stop on here. I will let people know every single day on the Internet about this company because at this point they have taken from children within my nonprofit organization. This was their vehicle transportation. The owner told me that maybe I should get a for profit instead of a nonprofit since I cannot afford to pay him on time !! I don't respond kindly to this because I'm a mama bear . Not to mention these children do not matter to the owner Rafi as he stated to me he does not believe in God!

Ten Minute Title Loans Revised

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Thursday, October 19, 2017

I am not going to address any of the writings / response from Raffi for obvious reasons.

Chris Triggs on the other hand an Owner of this company, I think really cares and because of him I attempted to delete this rip off report the same day that I reported it, simply because he personally called me and "made it right". I was most impressed with the huge show of support he showed for me as a hard-working mother and nonprofit organization owner. And ONLY because of that, I don’t want to do anything to hurt this business. What happened with me and my experience was explained, rectified and " made right" by Mr Chris Triggs. Honestly, I really think he cares and because of that, his employees have shown me respect and have been courteous to me ever since.

For consumers, I would recommend if you get a title loan from "any company" to be sure that you can pay off the principle with the interest on the loan month by month, or else you will stay in a hole that can become impossible to get out of.

All companies make mistakes, most don’t care to make it right. However, the Owner I spoke to cared enough to do so. Since the incident, he even showed support for misfortunate children within our nonprofit organization.

Therefor despite my 1st report, that unfortunately I am unable to delete I support his business in title loans 100%.

#3 REBUTTAL Owner of company

from owner of company

AUTHOR: Raffi - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, October 19, 2017

My name is Raffi and im the owner of the company. If anyone does 5 mins research on my company they will find we have the best customer rating of any company in LA. 5 star rating with well over 100 reviews.

As always when borrowers default they look for any reason aside from the fact they didnt make a payment. This borrower forgot to mention this was the 2nd time we repo"d her car. She defaulted on the loan the first time and after she told us how sorry she was we gave her a 2nd chance and actually gave her back her car. This is unheard of in this industry as any other company would require the loan to be paid in full first. We gave her another chance and guess what? same result. Im not going to get into specifics of how late she was etc etc but needless to say we are not looking to take possession of late model cars. We are in the business of loaning money to collect the interest.

This does not appear to be the fault of the lender

AUTHOR: coast - (USA)

Apparently, the vehicle was repossessed due to loan default. You can claim it was due to your intent to refinance the loan but the lender would not have repossessed the car unless the loan was delinquent or your insurance was not current.

You had the funds to cover two months advance payment so why didn’t you use those funds to keep the account current?

Your dissatisfaction with the interest rate is a case of buyer’s remorse.

You failed to honor the terms of the financial agreement; therefore, the consequences of the repossession fall on you, not the lender.

Bring Out The Violins

To do this transaction, YOU were presented with a contract which listed ALL the terms of the deal.  The interest rate was listed as well as all the other terms, yet you moved forword.  Now you act surprised at the amount of interest you owe.  Why is that?  To throw up a sorry smokescreen, you try to build this sob story.  Sorry, its NOT going to work.  YOU agreed to the interest rate.  The time to complain about it is BEFORE you agree to it!  How OBVIOUS is that?  The reason you act surprised is because you didn't even bother to read the contract, did you? Oh, that's all THEIR fault.
