Horrible customer service. I had to cancel an order with a vendor, before we got started 2 months ago and Tenbux still has not issued a refund or credit to my account. They will only contact you via email days later. Customer service is not a priority for them. They still have my $10. I am disputing the charge on my credit card. Stay away from this site!!!

They are a scam!!!

I understand your frustration about this issue. As the new owners of this website, I've noticed this report. I know it has been filed over 4 months ago but we want to sort out what is wrong here.

We took over from the website in February, and so far everyone has told us what a great website it's building into. We want you to be apart of our website.

I'm glad you took action to charge the money back to your credit card. How did that go?
