I wanted to agree with the guy who bought trucks through don baskins company andthe bank financed the truck they do own the trucks and they just look at the truck on the internet ,they do not see it in person just on the internet,I purchased a truck through bulldog truck sale s in altlanta and the bank financed me I have spent more money on repairing the truck then paying payments and they keep talking about getting the truck back, well i figure before they get the truck they will repay me for all my expences, since the truck is in the shop now and i up to 8500 and almost two months behind,I think sueing the truck company and the bank. Bulldog truck sales and Tennessee Commerce Bank

If you post on a public forum, you should expect that others might have comments.  For the record, I don't work for anyone mentioned in this post.

So, basically, I was correct.    The posters bought trucks expecting their bank to do what they should have done themselves.    Banks are not obligated to inspect anything before making a loan.    If you run a business and are making a capital investment in a piece of used equipment, it's up to you to verify that it is suitable.

Why is this person commenting on this report,Maybe  they work at the bank or are just interested in other peoples problems. If you paid attention to the complaint it talks about how they had bought through bulldog truck sales and the bank was the ones who financed it,The bank was supposed to send someone to check the truck( this never happened) was not told till after the papers were signed this is a repo truck) Trucks were sent to shop to have them checked through there mechanics. and if you have not went through what is being said who are you to rebuttal against remarks unless you work for a company that uses the same site to sell this trucks. all these comments don't focus on just the bank but the truck sales and then the lender

Bank?

Why is the bank the subject of your report?   Sounds like you bought broken down trucks without really checking them out first.  The bank just loaned you the money.   If a bank loaned you money to buy a broken down used car, would you hold them responsible for fixing it?  Get serious.

I could see complaining about someone who sold you a broken down truck, but blaming the lender seems a bit much.   At what point do you take responsibility for your own business decision?

I too was ripped off by bulldog and tennessee bank i am currently two months behind our credit is being wrecked but its hard to keep up payments when the truck spends more time in the shop then on the road my question is did you deal with gary down there and was you also told that the bank had to inspect it before they would finance it like i was now the bank wants the truck back i have also been told these trucks have tracking devices on them but if there is i was never notified of this
