tepwireless.com Defective Product Internet

I ordered the pocket wifi from tepwireless.com to use in France. Upon arriving in France the unit would not connect with our phones or I pad. After an hour long cell phone call which cost $97.00 the tech still could not get it to work. He told us he would start the paper work immediately for the refund and as soon as we arrived home and returned the unit we would be credited.

Instead my card was charged a second time. We eventually had one charge credited but after over a month of emails we are still waiting for the second charge to be credited. All we get are computer generated emails when we send them an email.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. It cost us a fortune for nothing. We will be suing. It spoiled our vacation as we did not have the wireless connection we counted on.
