If you expect competent, concerned, and compassionate service, keep looking! They may not be too bad for regular maintenance, but if your car has an actual mechanical problem and they can't immediately diagnose it, they will treat you like something they've scraped off the bottom of their shoes! I've been talked down to, spoken to in a rude and curt manner, and been treated like I've somehow caused the issues with a warrantied car. It's clear that they wish I would stop bringing my vehicle to them, but what else can I do when a warrantied car keeps having failures? Save yourself the misery I have experienced and seek service elsewhere!
