I won 2 auctions on EBID.NET one for a dell 1525 computer and one dell m1330 computer had great email communicationinitially. Sent U.S.Postal money order for payment. I was informed to make payable to Terry Smith, Jay was his middle name to which he goes by in his auction also asked to have it mailed to: 1298 thurgood st, atlanta, ga 30314, Not the auction address of Jay Smith 1140 Simpson Rd Atlanta, Ga 30314.

After a few days I recieved an email saying the items were shipped out USPS 2-4 day business delivery. After 4 days I contacted him again and was told package came back undeliverable and would send out fedex/ups on monday (labor Day). Still nothing.

Another email 2 days later requesting a tracking number. His response was will sent tracking number when he returns to his desk. Never received. During this whole time I was supposively dealing with Terry( said to be jays wife). Now emails I have sent have been returned with an away message from his gmail email. I had given him one more chance to ship it or return the money he chose to do niether. I left 2 negative feedbacks on his EBID profile videogamejuckie444. To which EBID cancelled his current auctions for a dell and a nintendo wii. My next step is to file a complaint with www.ic3.gov I was able to decipher his originaiting ip address along with some other info that should prove positive.

Having done a good number of transactions on auction sites primarily EBAY and never having an issue I suppose I fell into a lapse of judgement not doing my reaserch prior to this.
