Drop motorcycle off for factory warrenty work to fix a loss of light during riding. Left dealership and within 15 minutes service manger Justin calls and said all the handle bar levers are loose and transmission linkage is loose and he wanted to do a $400 service on the bike and he would take care of all of it. I told him to only fix the electrical problem that was covered under the warrenty.  We go pick the bike up and he charges us $140 they removed the battery and tested it and rewired our stereo anddid a 30 mile test ride on a dyno machine and said it was good. Picked it up within 5 miles it did it three time again. We took bike back and they replaced voltage regulator and test drove it 80 miles on a dyno machine. Asked Justin how they were going to take care of this bill they charged me prior for doing nothing to the bike and was not apporved by us to change. He told me he would go talk to Gary the dealership manger and see what they could do 15 min later comes back with all these reason why they cant give me my money back or a gift card which I told him I would accept at the very least. Gary never came out of his office to get the facts just made a lot of assumption off what Justin told him. When I was picking the bike up the second time Justin was calling another customer tell himone thing is covered by your warrenty and trying to get him to pay for several other things out of his pocket. Beware this new team of mangers are only concern is to take cash from your wallet.

 Yes they must be, its called earning a living. Jeez take your head out of your a there buddy. You ride a Harley, one of the most expensive bikes t own. Then your surprised when the dealership tries to upsell you?? Just because youre too cheap to do anything extra, doesnt mean that the next customer doesnt think it would be a good idea. They wont know if they dont ask. So get over yourself and get a life. These ppl are attempting to do a job. As part of that job the very same company whos bike you ride is telling their employees to offer the extra services. So good to see that even in Texas stupidity reigns supreme!!

Just because something is under warrety doesnt mean its free. Just because YOU dont pay for it doesnt mean that its free. SOMEONE has to pay for it. If all they do is YOUR warrenty work, then they lose money. They offer the extra services because the company they work for TELLS them to. Do you not have to do what your bosses tell you when they tell you to do it?? Well you do it because you want to keep your job and feed your family. People like you have no sympathy or empathy for those YOU deem to be of a lesser position in life then you. You have not been ripped off. Quite the opposite. Its you ripping them off by JUST getting ONLY the warrenty work done. But hey youre in Texas I suppose that level of self entitled cheapness is to be expected. Even from Texas.

They do EVERYTHING big in Texas, including the stupidity.
