I purchased an SUV from this company on a Thursday. Less than 24 Hours later I began to have problems. The next morning (Friday) I went back to them and explained what my issues were.

Ozi and Willie (the two salesmen I dealt with) told me to go speak with Earnest Jones who is the manager of the mechanic shop. I spoke with him and he wrote down a very long list of things he would check and fix for me. The list that he refused to give me a copy of consisted of The ESP light staying on, the traction light staying on, a balance, an alignment, the power windows not being fully functional, a strange noise, the front tires, and a few other things that he said he'd check out.

We set an appointment for me to bring the truck in that following Friday which was exactly a week from that day. As soon as I left the lot I turned right around to go back because the airbag light came on! I showed Earnest and he said he knew exactly what it may be and would add it to the list.

The following Sunday morning the truck would not start. It wouldn't even turn over! I called and Willie answered the phone. The conversation ended with him telling me I done something to mess up the truck, and it was my fault it wouldn't start. Later that day me and a family member took the truck back to them to fix.

I spoke with Earnest and he acted as if he couldn't find and knew nothing about a list that he made out for my car. He gave me a piece of paper, and told me to write everything down that needed to be looked at. That Tuesday I went to go get my truck and was told by Earnest Jones that the truck still needed a wire repaired and some other stuff, and as previously planned I told him I'd drop it back off Friday.

Before Friday I began to have other issues with the truck. The dashboard lights would go off, along with a ding noise the windows wouldn't work and the windshield wipers were turning on by themselves! All of this happened at the same time. This would just happen randomly now its on a daily basis and has began to go off while I'm driving.

Left the truck that Friday and was told to pick it up the next day. After three weeks of constantly taking it to them to fix I asked Mike Kirby (who told me he was just the head of sales and I later found out by the slip of a tongue that he's actually the OWNER) if they would trade my truck for something of equal or LESSER value. He flat out told me "NO, but you have to let us fix it."

I've been "letting them fix it" for four months. Each time I "let them fix it" I got it back with the same problem that has just gotten worse over all this time. Whenever I called Mike Kirby he always said he'd call me back, but I never heard from him of course.

I have multiple videos of this one main issue that I have BEGGED them to fix. I tried showing Mike Kirby and he refused to look at them. Ozi did however look at one of the videos which he asked me to email to him so he could show the owner to see if that would do anything to help me.

Whenever I took the truck for "repairs" I asked for a print out of what had been done and was told I couldn't get it because the ticket was closed or told there wasn't one for what I came in for. This last time they had my truck for over a week, and done NO WORK. Whenever I called to check the progress (which was only twice) I'd get hung up on or told "he's still working on it."

I spoke with someone who advised me to go pick up my truck. When I arrived everyone was standing around talking, and I walked straight to the back to find my truck parked between two other larger SUV's. Some one had been driving my vehicle because there was trash and ashes all over my front seat as well as extra miles on my truck.

When I asked for my keys to take my truck I was told I couldn't move it from the spot it was in. I told  Earnest Jones I did not want a certain guy to move my truck because he and I got into it before because I didn't like the way he drove my truck and that is exactly who he had move it after promising me he would move it for me himself!

The guy came flying through the parking lot as if he was in some type of race! Swinging my truck around into a parking spot after coming down a steep hill like area that seperates the sales lot from the mechanic shop.

To this day I'm still having the electrical problem, the problem with my car starting, the issues with my windows, now my locks are starting to act up, I still need a balance and an alignment.

I live 28.7 miles away from their location. With the cost of gas and paying two tolls going there and back for sometimes TWO vehicles I have seriously run out of money! I've asked for Mike Kirby's help so many times and he just won't help! They wouldn't even give me a vehicle report.

Now I have all these problems that are progressively getting worse. I believe the truck may have been in a wreck or under water.
