Texas Direct Auto Care Failure to contact customers, keeping customers without vehicles for weeks with no response. Stafford TX

 This is the second time I have had to take my car here.  I bought the vehicle from them, and they have had my vehicle this time for 17 days, not one return phone call to tell me what is going on.  The first time they had my vehicle for nearly a month, same issue, they do not give a d**n about customer service.  I call and call, leave messages, no one calls back.  I finally get Joe on the phone, he says he is calling the warranty company, he does not know if they had been out, when I was told by Eric the day I brought it in, that the inspector from the warranty company would be there the following Monday or Tuesday.  Is it that hard to call someone back and tell them if their vehicle wil ever be ready?
