It's name and internet address name will let you mis-understand them as a texas state office , but it is not. All they want is make fale of you to get you to pay for nothing. No body answer the phone  if you need to contact them. Be cautious to have business with them. You will not get any service from them and the business certificates from them have no value.

The following is the email address they use.

Texas SBA: membership@texassba.org via czlhm11re5w2dgfx.y0iw.4-9defea2.4.bnc.salesforce.com

The following is the emai from them after I write "I don't have any contract with you and I did not know any of charge from you."

"Texas SBA, Inc., is not going to play these games with you.  We're more than happy to take legal action against your company as "standard operating procedure" including seeking relief for legal fees, filing fees, and other associated expenses with this action.

Thanks.
Texas SBA, Inc."

Hiding Anonymously on the Computer

AUTHOR: Texas sba, inc. - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 28, 2012

Dear "Anonymous Internet Poster",

Any business-person of character stands by their company name and their identity.  Based upon this message board of no importance to Texas SBA, Inc., you seek to disparage.  Texas SBA, Inc., will respond to this irrelevant forumn for the clarity of others as you are nothing more than an  "Anonymous Internet Poster."

1.  Get some courage and write what company you are from and who you are!  You hide anonymously on the internet using a keyboard and terminal located somewhere in the world making claims of no value.  Are you located at a library, coffee shop, or some other public place as to hide your identity further?  It's evident that you lack success and requisite qualifications.

2.  Your lack of character and ignorance is beyond approach as you write with poor grammar and no sense of purpose.

3.  Anyone can make anonymous claims on the internet as you have published.

4.  For future reference, Texas SBA, Inc., recommends that you identify yourself when making claims; educate yourself as to not attempt to place your lack of due diligence upon a counter-party; and that you also  pursue more productive methods or relief beyond "drunken babel" written anonymously on the internet.

Sincerely,
Texas SBA, Inc.
