Why dont you just come out and say who you are then? Why hide if you think your right then come out and say it contact us and speak to us.

Our contracts are written by the company lawyers and they will stand up I can assure you of that.

Why sign it if you think its not legal only a retard would sign something that they thought wasnt legal.......

I will defend my company all I want because Im not scared to use my name unlike you and I certainly have been in business a long time to know whats legal and whats not.

Well Lorna.... you come out fists a blazing acting so high and mighty!  Your contract is BS and not legal! Ask a attorney in the states not in England. Anyway I did not sign the contract you are showing here. I am not going to lay down and let you steal my money or anyone elses. You rep is horriable and it is just getting worse. All you have to do is a search here on this site alone to see how many hard working ladies,men, mothers and fathers your "wonderful" company has ripped off. You hide behind the vail of this BS contract and you throw goats into everything which to be honest is about the dumbest thing I have ever seen. The people you have working for you expect to get paid and with the economy as bad as it is for you not to pay people is just wrong.

Lorna...Helen....whomever think real hard before you file another rebutal. Your company is shady,your pay is pathetic and YES you have ripped off alot of people. We have managed to come across 15 so far ready to file a class action suit to get what we are owed. The BBB is investigating your practices as is the labor board(s) in 6 states! We have a attorney ready to go as soon as we say. This is not just one person Lorna this is a group and since you have a office in Florida we can go after you!

Also just a FYI lorna...the contract you you keep quoting is not the one I signed and sent back. The one I signed does not have a text quota! I have the original email with the contract attached to it so you not paying me is flat out theft pure and simple. As to ther others involved I am not sure how many "new" contracts were signed but all of us have them and have surrendered them to the proper people. Keep stealing from people.... make our case bigger and better! Little hint....people in the states don't lay down and let people take their hard earned money without a fight!

Everyone that works for us is an Independant Contractor that signs a contract to work below is part of our contract:

1. Payment

Payment shall be made monthly based on the current pay scale as published by Text121chat and Text121chat will produce a monthly self-billing Invoice on behalf of the Independent Contractor.  Payments are made on the 21st of the following month of invoice. If you have not achieved the minimum required your logins are deleted and no payment is issued or rolled over to the next month. ___Initial Here

3. Training

Once we have received your Application and Questionnaire you will be sent our service guidelines that explains our system and what we expect of our operators then you will be trained by one of our managers on how to use our system. When you start working for us your first 500 texts will be held this will cover the cost of the training. ___Initial Here

4. Working

We do not operate a shift system and all operatives can work and log into the system when they want to. If you are going on holiday/vacation or are ill we need to be notified. If you have not worked for a period of 4 days your logins will be suspended until you have spoken to us. If you have not worked for a whole calendar month your logins will be terminated. First training month (probation period) 2500 is required every month after this the minimum requirement of 3000 texts (average 100 a day). By Initialing the boxes you accept that if you do not full fill your side of the contract you do not get paid.

Why sign something then complain afterwards, if you dont work you dont get paid simple as that. This is not a rip off this is you not working.

There are many people that work for us and have done so for many years but there are always a few that break their contracts and still feel they have the right above everyone else.

Text121Chat is two companies one is registered in the UK and one in the USA and come under the group name of Text121Chat

Please remember when signing a contract this is legal and binding and you are required to work as per that contract.
