The TGI Friday's restaurant at Dolphin mall, Miami Florida has the worst management around. their policy is to operate for the employees and managers comfort and not that of the customer.
The customer viewed as an inconvenience to get around. They assure you by phone that they are open until 2 AM and the kitchen closes at 1:30 AM--this is a total bald faced lie as they always close the kitchen by midnight.
Try going there after 12 AM, good luck getting any food. They will have every excuse in the book, they'll argue and be rude, they'll be dismissive but in the end you will have wasted your time and gotten no food and worse service.
Managers Lazaro Dominguez and Tabitha will bring this restaurant down at the rate they are operating.
They are liars, crooks and scammers as far as I'm concerned with all their lies, false advertisment and inability to honor their own operating hours and policy. Scam and ripoff is all you'll get at this location, teir food is not that great either. They do have a few good dishes but still not worth the aggravation in my book to put up with these lazy slackers.
