I placed an order with them and three weeks and two emails later, no merchandise and no response from anybody. Their "support" is useless since the tickets go on their website and never get answered.

This is to inform you that tgndirect.com is bankrupt and no longer in business. We are no longer accepting and processing new orders.As our valued customers please accept my sincerest apologies for the way things have ended. The current U.S. economy is taking its toll on companies both large and small. Our website will be shut down shortly as we have been forced to do.
