Dr. Mark Harrison and his sidekick, Tim Messmaker from Chicago allege they have they only legal Cannabis merchant processing system in the country - wrong - there are several of them that are better suited for the Cannabis business than theirs.
They solicit unsuspecting sales agents and latch them to a one-sided contract in favor of Dr. Mark Harrison with a Texas venue and a number of restrictions that a good lawyer would prohibit his client from signing. Once ensnared, the unsuspecting agent sells a few accounts and is then notified his commisons are reduced or eliminated because he only "referred" the account to THC and didn't in fact "board" the account. The next step is the agent's termination letter to insure that Harrison and Messmaker recieve all the revenue off that account.
Beware of these boys- if contacted to join them, run the other direction!!

Dr. Mark Harrison needs to stick to the practice of medicine but instead attempts to venture out in the merchant processing business; specifically the Cannabis business. His knowledge of business practices is severely hindered and mis-placed.
He has intrusted the mission and future of his company to 32 year old Tim MessMaker, who plays the straight man in this comedy couple.
Beware of their empty promises to make you rich beyong your dreams. Their processing system is limited and archaic by today's standards and will eventually be shut down. Any agent associated with this company for longer than six months without being terminated for "cause" should be awared the bronze star.
This company is headed for a bad ending. Don't be part of it. Whatever you do, do not sign their "Agent Agreement"
You've signed your dealth warrant as a salesman.
