If this post of his doesn't scream manipulator, I don't know what does. Who scams someone and then makes it seem like, they themselves are the actual victim? You can keep trying to discredit me Mike, but you will continue to fail. Unlike you, I'm completely transparent with nothing to hide, so let's do dance again, one last time. Starting off with your analogy: I believe if you're locked in a glass house (his scam) you Should throw stones to Get Out. What is true is, I work with multiple business lenders, I help Small & Medium-sized businesses receive funding. One of the MCA funders is Mom & Pop business funding. On the very first day of training, the owner of Mom & Pop showed us that they do have some ripoff reports from workers who treated the opportunity like a job and saw no results. None of the reports are actually from businesses which utilize their financial services. Mom & Pop Merchant Solutions have been around since 2007, have supplied over 7 billion in funding and remain one of the top 3 funders in the Merchant Cash Advance arena. I personally think their site is really cool, a little flashy, but I wouldn't say amateur, at least not as amateur as this: https://297club.com I don't know how Mom & Pop could scam their workers? They don't require any money upfront to get started, Unless offered a management position. Also, after the business owner accepts the funding offer, they receive their capital within the same week, coupled with flexible repayment options that work with the owner.

I knew about their reports before I joined, and I'm still glad I did. I believe them to be an honest and reputable company, despite the few online blemishes they have. I wouldn't say I'm failing with Mom & Pop, after all, I'm just getting started. Failing is more like how Mike is now desperately trying to discredit my reputation because I exposed him for who he really is (a known con-artist). As you can see, I only have 1 ripoff report exclusively reserved for Mike Caldwell and the 297Scam, and as stated, I did not even want to write it! To this day, Mike continues to keep playing these childish games of his. It should be obvious to everyone here that his words hold no weight. Tell me again Mike, how I'm the shady one here? Why would I be obsessed with you Mike, a well-known scam-artist, who would go as far as writing fraudulent reports under fake names on the individuals who've rightfully exposed him? Maybe the funniest thing about this whole situation is, he's the one who keeps trying badger me. After I exposed him, he made a Bogus C&D letter, I left him alone and now he spewing even more lies, as a final, and lousy attempt to 'defame my character'. This ordeal has gone on far too long Mike, just give it up already, accept your defeat and move on. This makes you look even more pathetic and only adds to my case that you truly are a sadistic, manipulative scam-artist. You scammed me and countless others and have been doing so under multiple names since 2012. I called you out, you lost, and Now you're obviously seeking "revenge" for me exposing the real you. Maybe if you were open and honest Mike, you wouldn't have any Demons to hide from.

I have nothing to lose or gain from writing this report. I also have nothing to hide, and the mere fact that he is still legally bluffing is beyond me. Seriously, on what grounds are you going Prosecute me? For telling the truth, is that a crime now in your book? Do you really want to lose that case? Who was doing the scamming here Mike? Did I steal $150 bucks from you and not give it back, after it was promised Twice? Have I made Any fraudulent reports on your character under fake names? How could I be obsessed with someone who I've never even seen a picture of before? Why won't you just accept your own defeat and move on already? You're not the victim Mike, so quit pretending to be. No one will have pity for you, especially in court when you're the one holding all the incriminating evidence AND have no credibility to back up any of your defaming, frivolous claims. Every statement I've made here is accurate and true, with Substantiated evidence to back it all up. I've told no lies, so I haven't 'defamed your character' because Everything I've said is an accurate representation of who you really are. I also have not harassed, or made any threats to you, so stop falsely claiming "aggravated menacing". All I've done is spread the truth and apparently, according to Michael Caldwell, Honesty is a felonious crime. So now Mike, what do you say? Folks, this guy is not only a shady person, he is obsessed with me, which is kinda creepy. Heath, please leave me alone or you will be prosecuted.

 First off, to anyone that is genuinely interested in joining the 297club, let me apologize for this situation.  I know online business can be risky and these kinds of reports just add more anxiety.  I will try and address these things one by one and hopefully we can make sense of everything. 1) Notice Heath said he made a sale!  He specifically said within the sames week he started taking calls he made his first sale.  Some would say he was off to a great start.   Working with the 297Club, you will make money.  Making money online is not hard at all.  If you have the will, the 297Club has the system.  As the gentlemen said himself, he received calls and closed a deal.  Some would say "case closed" already, but I will continue for purposes of clarity.

2) Notice Heath say I gave him a $150 discount!  I don't do this for everyone but he was insistent and promised me he would pay it forward if I took a chance on him. What scammer or soul-less person does that?  He said himself, he didn't have much money.  So I was willing to take a $150 hit (making my commission only $53) so that I can help the guy out.  I literally took a risk and gampled on this guy.  

3) The 297Club is owned by Software Success LLC.  In addition to the 297Club, they own the 721CLub, GoRingLess Extreme, ShowMeGram in addition to a few others I can't name.  They have been in business since 2011. Lead generation/Lead Scraper software programs are completely legal and the leads are not cold, they are targeted.  I have a training sessions on youtube showing how targeted leads can be generated for another industry using the lead scraper.  A person that isn't teachable/coachable, would think these things about the product.  After reading these things it should be easy to see why he only closed one sale.  He doesn't know the product at all. Prime example: The 297Club includes a software suite.  It's six different programs.  Each individual program, if bought alone, would cost $97 each.  That's where he's getting the "program really only cost $97" thing from.  He's wrong and I've tried to tell him 10 times now.  Thus this is the reason he didn't make money and wouldn't let me help him.  The 297Club website literally says the product is $297.  

4) I don't go by multiple names.  Not sure where he got this from.  My name is Mike Caldwell.  Pgleads was an older company I started and closed years ago.  I'm not perfect, but I consider myself a Christian under construction like everybody else.  I'm also not in Ohio.  I'm in Florida.  Nice try Heath. 5) Here's the real problem...Heath needed to pay rent and instead of doing what he thinks I should do and refund his client's money, he kept it.  The guy "blackmarked" Heath's PayPal account.  Now Heath blames me.   Heath, the guy paid you and you didn't follow the steps to get him trained because you didn't follow my training yourself...See why he wanted a refund?  This is truly the pot calling the kettle black...Instead of having integrity or at least giving the guy my office number, you ignored him and he called PayPal on you.  That's not my fault.  

5) I've never said giving you a refund wasn't my problem.  I've said it once and I'll say it again, Why would I give you a refund when you were unwilling to give your client a refund?  Don't be a hypocrite Heath. To anyone interested in the 297Club and looking to join,  My name is Mike Caldwell.  That's really who I am.  I have built my own team with the 297Club and that includes the call center and free autoresponder and daily biz opp leads.  I will put you in position to make sales within your first week.   Having said that, it is a risk.  You have to be teachable/coachable and you can't depend on me to close sales for you.  You absolutely must follow the setup instructions and do not try to reinvent the wheel.   I'm of the opinion that every dollar is not a good dollar.  So if Heath's hypocritical report makes your hesitant, you were not supposed to join anyway.  So good luck.    

Heath, We are done.  I will not be responding to anything else you put online.  You invested, you made money, you left a guy hanging and he was smart enough to go directly to PayPal and get his money back.  I suggest you humble yourself and not act like you know everything the next time a good opportunity comes your way.

Well, it appears this wild rollercoaster ride has come to an abrupt end. This will be my final post and should be a rather concise conclusion. First thing's first.. Surprise, surprise! Hahaha Did you really think Mikohl was going to give me a refund!?! Remember when I stated "Every word he says is a lie" , there is no exception.

Even though he gave me his Weightless word twice now.. You guessed it. Nope, no refund from Mike Caldwell! Instead of Being A Man about this whole situation and taking full responsibilities for his actions, he decided to be a Little Boy who blames others for HIS own shortcomings. This is the email I woke up to today, (Thursday, September 13th) after he clearly stated 3 days ago that he'd "give me a refund, really": "Mike 297club to me 3 hours agoDetails 'Your report has cost me.

I'm shutting the business down and moving on. F#*k you and f#*k your money' " Woah, I was just telling the truth, I didn't know my words had THAT much reach and weight. Moreover, what a respectful, caring, legitimate and standup guy Mike Really is. Don't you just want to quit your job and go work with a guy like this?! His response was totally unprofessional and unwarranted.

Here was my response to him. " Heath to Mike 20 minutes ago Wow, Amazing Mike! You mean the truth cost you? All of these games you play, should be a sin. I still expect my refund of $150, I don't care that you had to 'shut the Scam down'. That doesn't change our agreement. Somehow, I knew you wouldn't keep your word, and your response further proves that you weren't making money ethically.

My report (if not accurate) wouldn't shut anything down. Only reason the report is working, is because it's true. Don't get mad at me because your life is now in shambles for all the BS you put people through, you should've known all of your lies would've caught up to you. If you're telling the truth about shutting down the Scam, you should be thanking me that I saved you from any real legal trouble.

Do you know how many lives you've ruined? How do you sleep at night? Maybe if you would've just operated from a place of integrity, all of this would've never happened. After all, how long did you think you could keep this sham up? Ah, so this is exactly what happened to PGLeads/NetLeadPro, huh Mikohl? Had to close it down and change names (again). Also, it's fine if you 'think' that you still aren't going to refund me.

Sure, you can run from me your whole life, but you will never escape your own karma. Won't be long until you realize you're fighting an uphill battle you won't win. Haven't you noticed all this turmoil in your life is because you are not acting in accordance with your own inner-being? You Lie so much that, you are not even staying true to yourself! You will look for other opportunities, but they will all Take from you, just as you took from others. So go ahead, don't pay me ( like I knew you wouldn't ) but realize, all the hardship that is coming your way is a direct result of how you treat yourself, and others.

Having that said, I wish you well in your job search and hope that a known con-artist like yourself never works with people's money ever again. Do us all a favor and get a JOB! To conclude, if you see a Mike, Mikohl or Michael Caldwell, all you need to do is RUN in the other direction. It doesn't matter what he'll be offering next because he over-promises, under-delivers, will steal from you, offer you a refund, and not give it to you. This has been his pattern since 2012. What makes you think he's going to change anytime soon? He might be telling the truth when he says he's going to "shut the Scam down" and "move on".

If that's the case, be on the lookout and don't partner with him or any companies he joins. He is NOT a man of his word, he obviously has no soul, conscious, or integrity. He has no place in the business world. As previously mentioned, all we have in business is our reputations. I would never do anything to discredit my own, or anyone else's reputation, unless they are completely unethical like Mike and beg for it. (Seriously, what kind of sick, sadistic person offers a refund twice and fails to follow through Both times?

Remember when he was blaming me for not following his training to keep people on board? Ever wonder what happened to the first person which I passed up to Mike? Here's what my first 'client' had to say when recently asked if he was still active with the 297Club: "to me 4 days agoDetails ' No. Turned out to be a scam.' Sent from my iPhone" So not only could I "not keep people on board" Michael himself couldn't even keep people in the scam either!

Hmmm, I wonder if my first pass-up ever received a refund for this whole thing being a scam? Also, here's a recent response from my second 'client' who wanted a refund: " 2 days agoDetails ' I'll take a look, been pretty busy lately. I'm sorry it took you this long to see these guys were only interested in lining their own pockets...' " Yes, it took me a while but I finally got it, and did the right thing exposing this sham.

In conclusion, you've been warned. Mikohl Caldwell is not the type of person you want in your business, or in your life at all. Keep your eyes peeled for his name and if you see it, start sprinting away, as soon as possible. Mike, your whole blunder of a situation could've been avoided, had you just Been A Man Of Your Word, instead of a Little Boy Full Of Lies. It's time for you to move on Heath. This is holding you back now. I am not required to give you a refund. You decided to be quitter and convinced yourself of something that's not true. But I can see what shape you're in, so why not. But you will need to be patient. If you can't be patient, I'm telling you loud and clear, BRING IT ON! I'm not afraid."  Hello All!! This is the post that Mike Caldwell Does NOT Want YOU To Read! Why does he not want you to read this post? Simply put, the truth is like an insatiable, bright, beacon of light, welcomed by all conscious and positive-people. The truth is only scorned by negative people, who dwell in shadows, needing to take cover from the truth. If my original post made someone realize this whole operation is a complete SCAM / bogus opportunity, and not join the 297 club - my work is fulfilled and you'll thank me later! This next response will most likely save some money for the people who're still skeptical about the 297 Club, but most importantly, save their TIME. Time is our most valuable asset and there's no worse feeling than putting fruitless hours into something, only to find you've been wasting time and ALL your hard-work has been done in vain.

On that note, let's get right into it, I don't have all day! I just want to first point this out, please re-read his whole rebuttal. Especially towards the end, when he becomes demeaning. Doesn't it just sound like he has some major secrets to hide, that he wants NO-ONE to ever find out about? Be honest with yourself, (why) would you want to work with somebody so belittling as this? This too will be my last post because I'm a busy entrepreneur and I have no business in dealing with shady people like Mike Caldwell, who don't keep their word and constantly over-promise and never-deliver. This irrefutable post contains all the information a person needs to make a well-informed decision, about the 297Club, and what Mike Caldwell really is (A Scam Artist). Here is just some of the proof, if Mike continues to take this a step further, there is way more substantial evidence to be posted. All screenshots are original, Some photos are blurred so they won't get removed, none are fake or have been misconstrued. All photos are accurate representations of the situations as they unfolded with date/time stamps included. Knowing what I know now, it's pretty obvious why Mike doesn't want his full story to be told. As previously stated, I did not even plan to write the original report. Instead of just Being A Man about it and keeping his word by giving me a refund that he initially offered me in December of 2017, he continues to hide and lie, up to this very day. Apparently Mike wanted to take things to another level, attempting to discredit my reputation and character by calling me a "hypocritical know-it-all" / "incompetent liar" who needs to be humbled. I knew exposing this ugly-truth would leave myself open to his false scrutiny, but I have nothing to hide, and I will put myself on the line to save others any-day of the week, it's just in my blood. So say what you want about me Mike, I know who I am and what I stand for and it is NOT scam artists like yourself. Let's dig just a little bit deeper to find what Mike fears the most... Mike's biggest fear is The Truth.

Let's start with his hollow rebuttal: 1) I MADE A SALE! Yay! Actually Mike, I made 2! Wow! Amazing! Bravo!!! The real question which still remains is, What Did I Even Sell? Did I sell what we are supposed to be selling in the first place, which is the 297Club's Lead Generation Software to prospective business owners? NOPE! Hmmmm.... What did I sell? What I "sold" isn't even on their product list! When you really think about it, all I really sold was an emptied out, false-dream, a BS "opportunity" which is just peddling his call center Scam. You don't even sell the 297Club's product, but sadly, you will ONLY sell Mike's lousy call center service, never the actual product itself. This information alone should be a huge RED FLAG to anyone still considering this Known Scam. Think about it, Shouldn't we be selling the product that helps businesses generate these " targeted, 'not-cold' leads". Yet you won't sell to prospective business owners who need "unlimited leads" that this unethical scraper claims to produce. Why am I reselling this falsified-opportunity to entrepreneurs, instead of business owners who need leads? For clarity, I repeat: You will NOT be simply selling the 297Club's lead generation software to business owners, what you'll actually sell is Mike Caldwell's call center, to people interested in working from home. I've personally used the scraper extensively to know how garbage it actually is. Let's just say, Mike doesn't even scrape his own leads from the 297's software, and he still needs to BUY leads for his scam.

To reiterate: He has this awesome "lead generation software" yet Still needs to buy his own leads. In my opinion, besides Mike being a completely untrustworthy individual, here's where the 2nd biggest problem is: The whole business model is to just recruit people into the scheme, you don't actually have people benefiting from an actual product/service at all! It's almost as if the "software" is just a gimmick to say "we have a product". We'll go deeper into that later! 2) A Discount?! Imagine, I have a big bag of cat manure going for $300 and I offered you a "discount" on it for $150, are you receiving more value from the discount offered? Absolutely not! Yet, this is exactly what is happening here. Mike, you are NOT adding value to the marketplace by offering discounts on your lousy product-I mean "call center". You Still Remain the type of scammer / soulless person who gives huge discounts on big bags of BS, labeled as diamonds, and then claim the bags were full of diamonds all along. Only to randomly offer a refund, and then don't keep your weightless words and disappear. Saddest part is, he's been doing this since 2013!!! The "support emails" i.e. $upport.@.netextractor dot Com These emails are all set up to autorespond with a message which reads: "THIS IS AN AUTOMATED RESPONSE - PLEASE DO NOT REPLY Software Success technical support handles issues Monday thru Friday, 8AM to 5PM EST A technical support person will reply to you via email typically within one BUSINESS day, not including weekends." You'll never receive a response, as my client found out after waiting 7 days for a response from support, including a much anticipated response from Mike himself. I love how Mike's expertise really starts to shine when he says "These aren't cold leads, they're targeted leads". Well, if you think about it, all lead generation scrapers are unethical in their nature, and they can ONLY generate COLD leads. A warm lead is someone who knows who you are and has OPTED-IN, because they're excited to learn more about your proposition. You, on the other hand Mike are literally scraping the web for their information unbeknownst to them! Even if the leads are "targeted" they'll always be cold because they have not opted into anything or even know you exsist as a "company".

Tell me again Mike, how would this process would ever translate into a viable lead? Why is part of the training, finding leads directly through Google without using the scraper? Why do you still have to purchase leads Mike? Better yet, tell me more about how I'm "incompetent" "lack integrity" and "don't know anything about the product at all". That's really going to hurt your case when Everything you've said clashes with the screenshots/links provided. The most aggravating trait dealing with Mike is he consistently lies and will gladly manipulate you. To the point where you think you're the crazy one! By now, you should be laughing out of joy that you have KEPT your money and not partnered with a well Known con-artist who has used Fake Names before, that sound like his exact name, which he claims to be his "real name".

In Mikohl's defense, this was 5 years ago in 2013, he has obviously gotten MUCH worse since then. Let's examine this further, this "man" not only went by a fake name, he actually denies it ever happened, while the link is embedded above for all to see. Let that show you how dumb he thinks we all are, and how sly he thinks he is. If you're going to use fake names, at least own up to it! The lack of character Mikohl has displayed since 2013 should be enough to make you sick. For instance, not only will he lie about using his fake names, he also lies about his current location. He specifically told me on the phone last year (It is recorded) he has two homes, one in Ohio, and one in Florida. The Real Problem " Michael's whole response from here to the end is a prime example of his manipulative behavior. He attempts to make me look like a complete incompetent Piece Of $h*t , at the same time pretend like he has been righteous and there for me all along. After this response is wrapped up, you'll see that same degrading pattern in more recent interactions we've had. He's right, I did need to pay rent, it is not cheap living in California especially while changing careers in the process. You could say I was so desperate for money I would do almost anything (within MORAL and reason), I even joined the 297Scam because back then, I was so money focused I couldn't even see through their weak facade. As soon as I received my first payment, literally within hours it was deposited for rent. If I had the money for my client's refund 7 days later, he and I both know I would've given it right to him right away, no questions asked (unlike Mike). In fact, here is the kicker of it all! The client and I remained in contact during his whole onboarding week, I was always available and answered as many questions as I could for him, while we were BOTH waiting for a response from support.. . ...... Support response from who? Yup, you guessed it! We were waiting for a response from Michael Caldwell himself! I followed every step Michael offered, including calling him when I needed help, I personally called Mike well over 50 times within those 7 days like a madman, with NO response from him at all! I even GAVE my client Mike's number as well and he didn't even answer one of his phone calls either! In fact, during my whole experience with Mikohl Caldwell he was much like a snake; VERY hard to get a hold of.

He would seldom answer his phone and was always very short with me if he did answer (not helpful at all). Can you start to see why my client really wanted a refund? I was the only one who my client could get a hold of. No one else answers their phone, or replied via email, yet it's stated they have "24 hour support". Luckily, Paul F. of the previous 497Club (now goringlessextreme) Did chime in after an extended wait. Paul F. is also the one in the screenshot confirming the product cost is a $97 admin fee and $200 is left on the table. I also found this report about Paul F. The real reason my client wanted a refund, there is seriously no real support within this Scam. *6) My Refund HE OFFERED. During this whole time of Mike being shady, not returning my calls, being a typical scam artist. I decided to cut my losses, I had not talked to him until December rolled around and I exposed him on the random group chat message.

Here's the "funny thing" about my whole refund situation with Mikohl, before December 2017, I Never once asked Mike for a refund when I was going through my client's refund. Not once! I never Once asked Mike for a refund, at all! Everything this "man" says is a lie. Every single word. Imagine this, for calling his company what it is (scam) He randomly offers ME a refund on December 12th 2017! (See 1st screenshot) You'll see how he attempted to manipulate the whole situation to make it seem like I was begging him for a refund to pay back my client, sorry Mike. We both know that is not true, you were no where to be found when we needed a response from you. Let alone try and to get a refund from you. The refund I'm I've been seeking is the refund YOU offered me. After he offered me a refund, Mike quickly disappeared. Now, you can start to see where this whole situation becomes childish when he says: "Why would I give you a refund when you were unwilling to give your client a refund? Don't be a hypocrite". Ummmm....The only reason I want my refund is because you offered it to me on December 12th of 2017 Mikohl. And by blacklisting my account, my client did indeed receive their refund. Had I known this was a scam upfront, I would've never joined in the first place. To think that this whole report and countless other articles, could have been avoided if Mike Caldwell would've just been a Man Of His Word and provided the refund he initially offered me. It only took my client 7 days to find out this is a scam, it took me much longer. Once I found this out, it was impossible for me to be a part of something so deceitful and sinister.

This is why I will continue to say, Mikohl Caldwell is soulless scam-artist, he Knows this whole operation is cancer, yet promotes it like it is a cure. Save your time, money, mind, energy and move on, you do not want to deal with this headache known as Mike or his joke of a opportunity. If you're still reading, you're in for a surprise which will leave no doubt in your mind that this "man" and company are beyond wicked. So to recap, Mike rarely answers emails, ducked nearly all my calls, weeks later randomly offers me a refund, doesn't deliver and then blames all of this misfortune on me for exposing him?! Once you see through the lies, this whole predicament becomes almost painfully comical. I want to end with this most recent encounter. After all of these games he played. He still under-delivers.

On April 22nd 2018, Mike says he'll put me into their system that same day for free! Not 4 hours later, not 4 days later, not even 4 weeks later but, 4 months pass, after I email him asking again for a refund since he couldn't even keep his word, he scrambles and emails me at 7:49AM saying "he's brought redemption to this situation" because He finally put me in the call center after 4 months of waiting. A whole season had passed without hearing a peep from Mike! Was this 4 month waiting period in his training, I must've missed the memo? The most peculiar thing is, I thought the value in this whole opportunity was the scraping software?!? Why hasn't he given me access to the software I originally paid "licensing rights" for? Since he has a way of mining unlimited leads, why does Mike still need to buy his own biz opp leads? Not only will he not refund me my money that he offered, he won't even allow me to download the useless software. He just plugs me back into his call center after 4 months of never hearing a word from this clown. This is why I've had to open up these cases against him, I can't take the lies he supplies.

There are so many things wrong with this company, even more things wrong with Mikohl. The most accurate and honest thing Michael has ever said so far was " you weren't supposed to join anyway" I'm glad you think this is done Mike, but it has just begun as I shared with you before this report went live. I need to update the many complaints filed, including the report with the FTC, for your sake, I really hope you do live in Florida. To all that have read this and viewed the links and screenshots, you've be warned, take the warning don't make the same mistake I did. You will thank me later! In business, all we have is our reputation, I put mine on the line to help others avoid this known Scam. This should be a sign, if you take a risk with this company you will be disappointed, when you politely ask for a refund you'll be denied. In closing I have found an awesome opportunity with a great company and I need to focus all my energy building that business. First off, to anyone that is genuinely interested in joining the 297club, let me apologize for this situation.  I know online business can be risky and these kinds of reports just add more anxiety.  I will try and address these things one by one and hopefully we can make sense of everything.

1) Notice Heath said he made a sale!  He specifically said within the sames week he started taking calls he made his first sale.  Some would say he was off to a great start.  

Working with the 297Club, you will make money.  Making money online is not hard at all.  If you have the will, the 297Club has the system.  As the gentlemen said himself, he received calls and closed a deal.  Some would say "case closed" already, but I will continue for purposes of clarity.

2) Notice Heath say I gave him a $150 discount!  I don't do this for everyone but he was insistent and promised me he would pay it forward if I took a chance on him.

What scammer or soul-less person does that?  He said himself, he didn't have much money.  So I was willing to take a $150 hit (making my commission only $53) so that I can help the guy out.  I literally took a risk and gampled on this guy.  

3) The 297Club is owned by Software Success LLC.  In addition to the 297Club, they own the 721CLub, GoRingLess Extreme, ShowMeGram in addition to a few others I can't name.  They have been in business since 2011.

Lead generation/Lead Scraper software programs are completely legal and the leads are not cold, they are targeted.  I have a training sessions on youtube showing how targeted leads can be generated for another industry using the lead scraper.  A person that isn't teachable/coachable, would think these things about the product.  After reading these things it should be easy to see why he only closed one sale.  He doesn't know the product at all.

Prime example: The 297Club includes a software suite.  It's six different programs.  Each individual program, if bought alone, would cost $97 each.  That's where he's getting the "program really only cost $97" thing from.  He's wrong and I've tried to tell him 10 times now.  Thus this is the reason he didn't make money and wouldn't let me help him.  The 297Club website literally says the product is $297.  

4) I don't go by multiple names.  Not sure where he got this from.  My name is Mike Caldwell.  Pgleads was an older company I started and closed years ago.  I'm not perfect, but I consider myself a Christian under construction like everybody else.  I'm also not in Ohio.  I'm in Florida.  Nice try Heath.

5) Here's the real problem...Heath needed to pay rent and instead of doing what he thinks I should do and refund his client's money, he kept it.  The guy "blackmarked" Heath's PayPal account.  Now Heath blames me.  

Heath, the guy paid you and you didn't follow the steps to get him trained because you didn't follow my training yourself...See why he wanted a refund?  This is truly the pot calling the kettle black...Instead of having integrity or at least giving the guy my office number, you ignored him and he called PayPal on you.  That's not my fault.  

5) I've never said giving you a refund wasn't my problem.  I've said it once and I'll say it again, Why would I give you a refund when you were unwilling to give your client a refund?  Don't be a hypocrite Heath.

To anyone interested in the 297Club and looking to join, 

My name is Mike Caldwell.  That's really who I am.  I have built my own team with the 297Club and that includes the call center and free autoresponder and daily biz opp leads.  I will put you in position to make sales within your first week.  

Having said that, it is a risk.  You have to be teachable/coachable and you can't depend on me to close sales for you.  You absolutely must follow the setup instructions and do not try to reinvent the wheel.  

I'm of the opinion that every dollar is not a good dollar.  So if Heath's hypocritical report makes your hesitant, you were not supposed to join anyway.  So good luck.

We are done.  I will not be responding to anything else you put online.  You invested, you made money, you left a guy hanging and he was smart enough to go directly to PayPal and get his money back.  I suggest you humble yourself and not act like you know everything the next time a good opportunity comes your way.
