The Advantage Marketing Group - AMG - Donata Jonafsky - CYDCOR Advantage LIARS!! DOOR 2 DOOR SALES!! MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING SCHEME! Ripoff San Diego California

Anyone who thinks about applying or even WORKING for The Advantage Marketing Group in San Diego, CA (UGH...pathetic even thinking about it) Should really think twice... shoot, 3, 4 ,5 even 6 times if need be!! Get some sense in your head!! I have never before had my intelligence insulted by a company in my LIFE!! until I applyed for this one.. The "AD" on FlibDog seems to be something every college grad dreams of when looking for a career. But your dreams are considered to be sh** once you apply here and see what they REALLY have to offer. It is not a so-called-marketing or managemtn position.... they don't tell you about the BS you have to do to even POSSIBLY get to that position...

First, they call EVERYONE who applies to them (and when I mean everyone, i mean EVERYONE- old, young, trashy, and just plain DUMB!) I didnt know that working at Taco Bell before this job was considered "previous job experience" for a marketing position. That makes my degree not mean sh**.

Second, for the the "amazing" Day of Observation, everyone is called back as well... where you "ride along" and see what the job REALLY entails- going DOOR 2 DOOR in neighborhoods all over San Diego, selling AT&T services- for real? I mean, it took me back in the day when I was 8 trying to sell candy bars to my neighbors (I could still probably make more money doing that since both jobs are COMMISION BASED) That's right, you work off 100% commission. I found that out in the 2nd interview. Again, people at Taco Bell at least get an hourly wage.

Third, ummm, if you actually SEE the type of people who work there... No one looks professional enough to probably even get a REAL job, thats why they "have" to work here. (You mean, Taco Bell wouldn't even hire you?!)

Fourth, they are located next to a STRIP CLUB, thats right.. a strip club. Great location. I wouldn't be surprised if Donata, the manager, worked there in the evenings. I wonder if her employees come to watch her.. GROSS.

So for those who are thinking about starting a career in marketing, make sure that you DO your research. I had 2 days out of my life WASTED because I was LIED too... and had my intelligence insulted. Unless you want to do DOOR 2 DOOR sales and hang out with people with GED's as a career, then be my guest, but I am just warning those SANE people in San Diego to STAY AWAY and USE YOUR HEAD. It's your future, care about it.
