This is the most incredible VISA card I ever had...first, I got a free application on the mail for a new Visa card, from a ghost company called The Associates (??), with an address in Delaware, I applied for it and got the card in about three weeks, it was a $1,000 Visa. After 2 years using it and paying it without any problems, I got a letter in which this Visa has been transfered to the CITIBANK N.A. (??), I wondered what was going on, and found that this ghost company (the associates) was in trouble...
I had to go to a bussines trip to Canada last February and because of the trip, it was very difficult for me to send a payment, when I came back to my home, I found two letters: one from my Discovery Card, wondering why I haven't sent my payments, and if I have some kind of health problems, I should call them.....the other was from CITIBANK: my account was CLOSED...!!!! You are a DELINQUENT...and so on.....!!!!
My question is, what kind of Company is CITIBANK?, what kind of customer service is that?
I feel this is not only a RIP-OFF, it is a mistreat and an abuse.
