The Bench 504 Dismissive, ignoring the customer, cant be contacted, huge delay in delivery Birmingham Nationwide

I have made an order on the 13th of august, it was a 100+ pound order to the company. Everything went well, untill my package was taking over a week to arive, i decided i will contact them since on their website it says they deliver within 48 hours. 

After sending two emails and not recieving a reply, i filled out a refund form on paypal. After doing so I sent another email informing them about my actions, suprisingly they replied the same day, saying that they supposedly emailed me after i made my order to tell me about their delivery delay. Which must have been a lie.

I was also sent an email sayign that 'anyone who made an ironlak order in the past 10 days should have already got it' i didnt really understand what that was meant to mean, since I didnt recieve my package. After they replied that their stock will be restocked the next day morning. So i replied with a request of dispatch confirmation. That was on 27th august. No reply. I sent another email on 30th of August, asking if its a joke and i informed them i still have recieved no email or package. Once again no reply. So i emailed them on the 3rd of september. Making it clear that they are not responding, and that its impossible to contact them by any means, i tried calling their phone over 20 times, most of the time it was off other times no one picked up. 

This is causing a huge delay in my work, since i have a mural project to do for one of my customers.
