The Discount Warehouse - TDW Closeouts sent me 3 pallets of junk in boxes that were 20% full and did not match product description ripoff Sunrise Florida

A good mix of health and beauty supplies was what I ordered. I received 3 pallets of broken toys, broken electronics, candy and pills outdated by 4 years, and almost no name brand product.

Two of the pallets were only 3 feet high and to top it off the boxes were not full. There were a few large boxes which were almost completely empty to make the pallets look bigger.

The pallets were $675 each. It would have been less expensive to individually purchase the items at a local drugstore. Shipping and 3 pallets cost $2500 and the product was worth $1350 retail not including the labor to clean and retape the damaged goods.

I called about 15X on 4/2/07 before I could talk to a manager personally. The sales staff kept putting me into voicemail even though I repeatedly said I would stay on hold.

I am currently waiting on a reply from the manager.
