You people are the most dishonest group that I have seen. The way that you embarrassed my mother is completely unacceptable and I will make it my life mission to make sure that you lose business.

If you don't know what in referring to, let me refresh your memory. My mother and her husband visited your establishment last Friday to purchase a car. After careful consideration, they chose a Kia optima and handed the salesman the 1,000 dollar down payment that they had agreed on. The gentleman that sold them the car proceeded with the paperwork. All seemed fine. The sales person informed them that my mother and her husband would need to come back on Tuesday to sign mire papers.

That was a problem. My mothers husband had to work. The sales person informed them that they could take the car home and she could come back by herself and sign. She made a trip to your establishment.

Upon arriving, she was informed that her husband would need to be with her!!! She made a long trip for nothing, that's not even the bad part. Her and her husband made the log trip back to Dutch on Friday. When they got there, they were informed that they would need more money!!! This is after they took the car home and showed it to their friends and family.

To add more insult to injury, the salesman tried to sell them an ugly clunker. My mothers husband sold his truck because he had the new car that you Indian giving folks so carelessly took back. Thanks to you, my mother was humiliated and her husband is without a vehicle. I will be posting this as an open letter all over the Internet to pay you all back for embarrassing my mother and putting her husband in a difficult situation.

Classic Spot Delivery Scam

AUTHOR: MovingForward - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, March 01, 2013

What you described is called the "Spot Delivery Scam" and it is common for the car finance person to try to pull this on unsuspecting customers. Search for it online and you will see that is what the dealership pulled on your parents. It is a shameful way to conduct business. Look up all the common scams so they don't fall into another trap by another dealership. Hopefully you can guide them when purchasing their next vehicle.

The best way to avoid any scam in dealership is to have your parents get their financing at a local credit union first, before they go to a dealership. They then can go to a dealership with their financing in place before they purchase and not subject themselves to the games/scams of the F&I Department. I hope everyone reads your report and avoid's that dealership like the plague. Thanks for posting.
