The eviction company Michelle Duran an the owner richard and more Conflict of interest lies and have inside connect in Santa Monica court Los angeles California

 This company has had a $35,000 default judgement entered in against me on a property that belonged to my ex that we both made payments on the mortgage they lied on the paper they have friends that work inside the court building they took my file from the court house it was missing for 1month if not longer an when returned it had paper work filed inside from the eviction company that myself nor my attorney at that time was aware of paper work dated 2013 an being served in 2013 at a non existing address when they had my attorney address at the time an also my home address These people are my ex boyfriend friends & they didnt expect for me to find out or have receipts showing i was making payments There using a lady name Michele Duran when u call the work line an theres a Michele Duran who works out of Santa Monica court as well they refuse to meet u face to face only communication is over the phone if u check with bbb they do not have a license or permit on file!! This company needs to be investigated a lot of paper work filed against me was done all in a matter of minutes from the court house opening at 8:30 an the court house is backed up for months they lied to the court an said they served me at addresses I wasn't living at they filed a property of possession no $$ money but some how there's now a 35,000 money judgement against me an again they served papers and lied that they served me at a address I wasn't at if u look Into the paper wrk further u can tell this was all a inside job I'm sure I'm not the only one nor the only file they have had done this way they need to be investigated an I'll will not give up until they are cause this is not right to take advantage of people
