The Feed Lot Steak House And Saloon ripoff, poor service, dishonest, rude, over rated, High price Cuba Missouri

Feed Lot Steak House and Saloon is a Rip Off.
They didn't bring us what we ordered they brought us what they wanted us to eat and didn't even ask if this would be ok.

The steak was burnt, bread was to hard to eat,and I had asked for a baked potatoe and got mashed potatos.
The waitress said they were out of potatoes so she gave me the mash potatoes.

The waitres left the table and came back and I told her to take the food back for this was not what I had ordered.
The waitress then said If you want to wait for awhile more potatoes are cooking.

Which was is? Were they out of potatoes or just had to cook more potatoes?

We asked to speak to a manager.When speaking to the manager he said these things happen and said he was sorry and hope we came back again.I said not with the service we received.

The manager didn't try to correct the problem at all and seemed like he could care less and walked away.
The waitress said we had to pay her and my husband gave her the money for his meal which he had only taken 2 bites of his potatoe and steak,I didn't pay for my meal because I had them take it back.

With us being upset and talking to the manager we forgot the waitress who didn't bring us back the money that was left over from the meal bill.She kept our money.
We left there upset,hungry,and a loss of money.
This place has long waiting time to be served and they are over rated for they have poor service.

I would never never tell anyone to go to a place that can't fix or serve food right nor return your change from the bill.
They are Dishonest,Rude,High price,a RIP OFF.....
