9 june 2009, a cub cadet was brought in for repair. $342 later and my mower is incapable of cutting even the shortest of grass. I've begged, cajoled, been polite and been angry...nothing gets any concern from these apathetic scammers. They have their money and apparently realize they don't have the expertise to repair this problem so they just keep telling me they intend to pick it up so it sits iin the front yard with the keys in it and I'm waiting for the pickup. They promised to pickup saturday june 20 then monday then tuesday.
"oh poor poor me...my trailer had a flat on the way to your house and I had no spare" "monday my trucks transmission went out, how will I survive??"
Found out later pickups are still occuring but now all of a sudden not in santa rosa county. That would be fine except the fix it shop is the only cub cadet authorized repair shop in the area.

Fixit Shop is not a rip off

Allen was correct about the truck problems and trailer problems. But that is about the end of correctness.
First off, we don't pick up and deliver to Milton. Allen brought the mower to me, along with several other pieces of equipment. All were repaired and Allen came and picked them up.
Several days later he notified us of problems with his Cub Cadet, and we could come pick it up any time. I explained we did not come to Milton and for him to make arrangements to get the mower back over and we'd be happy to look at.
In an effort to be "fair" I said I would come to Milton to get the mower. Mechanical problems with out shop truck and trailer kept us from picking up the mower as promised. Allen failed to understand some things are beyond my control.
His equipment was picked up, repaired and returned to him. The second issue he had with the mower was due to engine issues not related to the prior repair. However we addressed that issue and delivered the unit at "no charge".
I only wish Allen was as quick to acknowledge we addressed his problem as he was to post his "rant". Seems some people are just never satisfied.
