I purchased a car here 3 years ago and was promised free oil changes for life of the car. Well guess what, they lied and told me they will no longer honor free oil changes. Better yet, Mike, the service manager was unprofessional. He offered no apologies or anything to make good on their false promise. Instead he threatened the police on me and eventually hung up!! I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this company!!
They actually sent the police to my house just for complaining about how they lied and won't make good! I have never experienced a more horrible customer service experience ever!! I have many friends that bought cars here and not even one is satisfied! They lie and make false promises the second you buy your car from them! Lifetime free oil changes should mean just that.....free oil changes for the life of the car! All my friends, family and myself will never do business with this place ever again! Please be warned!

The proof is the years of reciepts for free oil changes and now nothing! There is plenty other evidence to prove that this existed! So blah blah blah....continue your lies and munipulation! Your BBB rating speaks for itself. You have multiple complaints bout the same issue....coincidence....I think not!

The ad you posted states they offer free oil changes but it doesn’t provide evidence of your specific agreement. Is it stated in your signed agreement?
The police came to your home for a different reason than what you stated. Now tell us the real reason they came to your home.
