Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I have been contacting the company for a week with no response and would like to return my massager. The massager was purchased at the IECSC show in Las Vegas. The product took 3 weeks to arrive and upon arrival I am not happy with the product. It's heavy, loud, doesn't feel good or like the one they were demonstrating, and it smells terrible. I cannot get a hold of anyone and the address listed is a mail box, not the actual address of a company so there is no way to contact them, find them, etc and noone calls back. I have called, emailed and contacted through their website with no response. I am not the only one from the show that purchased from them and are unhappy and want refunds.

After this report was filed, I did finally received an email from the company and the situation has been settled. The item was returned and the money should be credited any day.

First of all we have no idea who you are and no way to verify your purchase. We have been selling massagers in the trade show market since 1989.
For faster customer service please email theinnergizer@aol.com. The phones are not monitored but all calls should be returned in a reasonable amount of time.
If there is a problem we will correct it but we have no clue who you are which makes it impossible to resolve.
