I worked for this company maybe 10 days total. Everyday I wanted to kill myself because of what our job entailed. But I stuck at it because I needed a job, but in reality this isn't a real job at all. The job interview was weird as all of the other reports state. 5 minutes and come back for the second interview. My second interview was awful. My leaders name was William Jackson. Probably the biggest scumbag I've ever met. He was their "top" salesman of the company. He was probably the most manipulative person I have ever met. Telling people they need more phone lines, or other things that the people that we were selling to didn't need at all. On my second interview, we literally got a stack of papers thrown at our faces by a marine at Freedom Bail Bonds in Fairfax. He told us that "You can't do business if you lie". He literally said that to us on my first day out. William brushed it off like it was a regular occurance, which I will find out later is true. It turned out to be scam after scam, giving people things that they didn't need only for his benifit. There were a few times where we had a big sale where we both made about 1500 that day. Either the owner, whos name I won't say because he wasn't too bad of a guy, took the money and never told me about it and lied and said that the sale was cancelled, or the sale was cancelled because the owner of the company who we got our sale from new what we were doing and cancelled the sale themselves because they would be paying more than they did before we walked through the door. Each day I knew more and more of what this company was about and how sooo wrong it was. I was lucky enough to go on the National conference trip where there were over 2500 of those things that they call CYDCOR employees sucking the t***s of everyone they could so they could be at the top. I wanted to puke thats how bored and disgusted I was from all the people I was around. Brainwashed out of their skull. All in all I feel bad for these people that work for these companies, but at the same time I don't because they havn't realized what they have gotten themselves into. If have nothing to do and you are unemployed, I ecourage you to go into an interview and see what kind of scam this place is, and spread the word on this website and word of mouth. Companies like this should not exist or be in business.
