This company is a FRAUD! All lies, From Glenn E. Stern / The Foreclosure Relief Agency! Do not trust the Law Offices of Glenn E. Stern / The Foreclosure Relief Agency (their so-called California "In-House" attorney who was suppose to help me with my loan modification and did nothing, I lost my home! In December of 2008 I received a letter in the mail from the law office of Glenn E. Stern. The help that this letter offered could not have come at a better time.

About 4 months before, and for the first time since I became a homeowner in 1988 I fell behind in my house-payments due to being laid off from a job I worked at for over 20 years. When I first contacted their office, their receptionist answered the phone, "The Foreclosure Relief Agency", (I should have know something was wrong then!) -I said I'm sorry I must have dialed the wrong number, I'm trying to contact the law office of Glenn E.

Stern about this letter I received, do I have the wrong number? She said hold on please, and then about 2 seconds later another woman picked up the phone and said, This is the law office of Glenn E. Stern, -I said something like this, -is the the Law of Glenn E. Stern or the Foreclosure Relief Agency??? She said "NO", -that their must have been a problem with their answering service or something, and I'll direct your call to one our consultants for assistance.

-I never got a straight answer, -I waited on the phone for a 2 seconds or so and a consultant named Brandon Berg answered the phone. Brandon seemed helpful and knowledgeable at first, again I should have known that I was just getting sucked in! I told Brandon Berg that my home's first loan was with Wells Fargo, and that my second mortgage was with Bank of America and that I was about 4 months late on both, -that's when he scarred me to death by saying that after four months time Wells Fargo and Bank of American would foreclose on my home and kick me and my family out on the street unless I did exactly what he said and that I should do it now!

Being in a complete state of panic, Brandon Berg told me that he would guarantee me that the law firm that he represented would save my home from foreclosure and that it would cost me just over $6,500 in up front fees for the law firm of Glenn E. Stern to get started. I paid the law office of Glenn E. Stern the total amount they wanted in two weeks time, -I had to cash in my 401K. Brandon Berg told me that now he would save my home in about 6 to 8 weeks and in about 3 days times I would receive a call from his account manager, Lisa Hong.

I never got a call from Lisa or anyone else. after 4 days I tired to reach Brandon or Lisa my new account manager, In about a week's time I must have left over 10 voice messages for Brandon and 20 voice messages for his account manager Lisa with not one call back! After about two weeks time I finally got a call from Brandon Berg stating that my fees due have increased since so much time as lapsed and that my home loans are now more than 4 months late and that now I'm officially in foreclose!

He said he spoke to his boss Mr. Glenn E. Stern directly and that he would need another $3000 to cover the extra legal fees! I asked Brandon where he was for the pass 2 weeks time, and that it's his fault that so much time as gone by, and that I should not have to pay any more money! He said that he would have to speak to his supervisor Jon Sarafian to see what could be done. About two hours later I got a call from Jon Sarafian, he said that theirs no refunds on the $6,500 I already paid and the guarantee of services that I signed for means nothing based on my new situation!

-he (Jon Sarafian) said "Pay-up" or lose your house, and that he said he had everything under control and not to worry. He said Lisa Hong already has contacted both of my lenders and that a plan was worked out to not only lower my house payments but to lower the principal balances as well! Now I was happy, -I still had about $4000 left over from my cashed in 401k plan so I paid the extra $3000 that Brandon Berg and Jon Sarafian asked for. (Now to date I had paid the Law of Glenn E. Stern $9,500) After another 5 weeks time passed I was now in a bigger mess than went a got started over a month ago,

I had my son in law, (who works for a large private detective agency in Hollywood California) my daughter the grand-kids over for dinner. I explained my situation to my son in law and after 10 days time this is what he found out; -The law office of Glenn E. Stern was located at 807 N Verano Dr. in Glendora, California Where The Foreclosure Relief Agency located at 29222 Rancho Viejo Rd Sutie #205 in San Juan Capistrano California. That this office was used only as a front for Glenn E. Stern-That Mr.Glenn E. Stern was a uses as a front name only, being a California licensed family law attorney (Not a real estate attorney)

he was used for California residences only where its believed that Mr Stern never sees, speaks to or has ever touched one client's file. That that he probability get paid a kick-back based on each client. -The owner, Sean Brown is a 21 year old trust fund baby and a hires to the Brown family fortune. Sean's Mother's sister was Nicole Brown Simpson, married to OJ Simpson -Brandon Berg had a criminal record!-Jon Sarafin, also had a criminal record! PS, I lost my home, nothing could be done to save it, I have filed a complaint with the Cal BBB / California Bar Association & The FTC
