The Loan Depot Cheated me out of money and didn't want to refund it, kept giving me the run around. Houston Texas

When I went in for a Title loan my car was not in my name yet. They cut me a check minus the fee to pay the Harris COunty Court for the title transfer. Well when I went in to make a payment I seen the receipt for the Court House and it was for $57.60 less then what they kept from my loan. I asked when would I be getting a refund for that amount and was told the Court House would mail the over payment back and they would issue me a check. More then 2 months later they say no refunded yet. I called Harris County myself and found out a check was made to them on 02/19/2013 and that it cleared 03/01/2013, but they nknow nothing about it. The guy Leo was super rude and got very mad when I told him I recored our phone call.....They said they have never had this problem before. Well the problem for them is I seen it didn't cost as much as they said it did. How many people have thew screwed over by chargeing them to much to transfer the title and never telling them.....Know how much they are taling from your money to transfer everything and ask to see the receipt. If you had a loan with them I would check with them to see if they owe you money
