The London Cosmetic Clinic Dr. Salinda Johnson Unpaid Wages and Unfair treatment of Employment London England

Hi I’d like to warn people not to work for this company, Dr. Salinda Johnson and Pia Michelle Davis do not treat staff according to employment regulations. I worked there for a couple of weeks, during this time I witnessed Pia Michelle Davis make nasty and insulting remarks towards members of staff concerning their appearance, she would also make very sexual remarks and ask staff members to touch her in intimate places. I also witnessed her discriminating against future employee candidates, she stated she would not employ anyone with a child and she wanted to see photos of prospective employees to make sure they were good looking. Staff were only entitled to a 30minute lunch break unpaid for a 8.5hour day we were lucky to get 5 mins of our lunch break as Pia would call staff out of the lunch room before their break was finished and would make staff feel bad for having the entire 30mins. Pia would also add extra hours onto staff shifts without notifying the staff member, these extra hours were also unpaid. After two weeks I handed my notice in as I did not want to continue working for the company. I have yet to receive payment for the 2 weeks I worked there and my emails requesting the payment to be processed have been ignored. I would advise anyone to think twice before working for Dr. Salinda Johnson and Pia Michelle Davis, they are extremely unprofessional and unethical people and they have a constant staff turnover due to their behavior, avoid at all costs
