The Mattress Store We bought a Beauty Rest Mattress in December of 2014. We were told it had a lifetime warranty. Five months later the mattress started to sag down on each side of the mattress where I and my husband sleep. 

We bought a Beauty Rest Mattress in December of 2014. We were told it had a lifetime warranty. Five months later the mattress started to sag on each side of the mattress where I and my husband sleep. We went to the store and the salesman looked up our purchase. He saw that we did not buy a cheap mattress and would send someone to our house to measure the sag etc. Of course this was not for free, it cost $20.00 dollars. The inspector did not come, but not on the day they scheduled. We waited 4 hours and then called the store. They promised to come the next day, but they  came during the last hour scheduled. They measured all parts of the mattress and said the dent had to be 1 1/2 inches deep. Thie report took over a week and then we were told that the sag was not deep enough and that all mattresses sag. They also said that this is also their number one complaint. Seems to me if that is their number one complaint and then do not honor their warranty, they should not be in business because they are ridiculous and a bunch of liars. They cannot not even stand behind their product. Do not buy from these stores, they do not honor their warranty and sell defective mattresses that are not cheap in price, but cheap in quality.
