Purchased phone with plan from Mobile Solutions in SouthPortland, Maine. The phone was free, supposed to get free activation if bought accessory over $20.00, bought car charger. Got first bill from T-Moble was charged for activation fee, call T-Moble they told me to call where we purchased phone, they forgot to give us rebate info they never told us of any rebate, just told us to purshase something and get free activation, go pick up paper work from them, sent it to Mobile Solution Corp. 4 months ago have heard nothing have no Phone # to contact have E-mailed them twice no response. they also didn't tell us the free phone they gave my daughter was a refurbushed phone and we started having problems 2 months after we got the phone, she took it to T-moble to have it looked at and they told her it was a refurbushed phone and they had to have a new one sent to us and we had to pay for shipping and handling. As far as I'm concern The Mobile Solution mislead us and they are giving T-Mobile a bad name.
