The Mortgage Relief Law Center Mortgage Modification Law Group ALL LIES AND DECEPTION Internet

This company lied to me.  They promised 100% guarantee that both my mortgages would be modified with payments I could afford.  They told me my 2nd mortgage would be "pennies on the dollar".  This started in June 2009 when I paid them $3000.00.   I was told I didn't have to make any payments while this was going on and since this was legal, the mortgage companies couldn't go anything to me.   It was nearly impossible to talk to anyone and when I could speak with someone my "file" was always transferred to another "processor".  Dozens of messages left with no return phone calls, dozens of emails with no response.  Excuses and excuses.  Foreclosure notice sent to me in October.  Finally in December someone told me my 1st mortgage was being reviewed.  In March 2010, I received a certified letter from my 1st mortgage company.  My mortgage WAS modified.  It INCREASED $95/month and escrowed taxes were now mandatory.  My total mortgage payment INCREASED $493/month.  I was also charged $1219 in "fees".  When someone finally responded to my emails in March, I was told take it or have my house foreclosed on.  I kept after them for my 2nd mortgage.  I was then told in May 2010, they don't even modify 2nd mortgages.  This company is a rip-off and I'm going to the Attorney Generals, Better Business Bureau and everyone else I can find to put them out of business.  I want a full refund for services that were NOT performed as promised and also a refund of the fees that my mortgage company charged me.  Unfortunately, my credit was ruined because of these people and their lies and it will take me a long time to recover that.
