Me my mom and a friend went to see about return a defective box spring that I paid 250.00 with at THE NATIONWIDE WAREHOUSE in Green Bay. Well they are so many places where I can begin but I will choose to start with how I was ill informed by a untrained sales associate of this organization.

When I originally called this location I was informed by a store representaive that I was going to have bring in both my box spring and my matress, so that I could make a full exchange. Well to my demise that ill trained under educated store associate gave me bad information (OBVIOUS CUSTOMER TRAINING ISSUE HERE) and did not even take the time to verify the information, this person just assumed they knew what they were talking about.

Well as time went on I finally was able to my matress and box spring to this location (commonly dubbed the pit of h*ll and it was run by a man that resembled huggie bear from Starsky and Hutch). Now all I was atempting to get was a replacement for my box spring instead I was told by this nitwit, huggie bear wanna be that I could not get a exchange because their was tiny stain on my box spring. He informed me without carefully looking that that staing was a obvious food stain. Now for one I do not eat in bed and for another this did not even give me the opportunity to explain what happened. He assumed the stain was made by me and did not come from his store.

This punk of a person later informed me that he could get fired for taking my box spring and replacing it. WHAT AN *SS!!! He did give me his District Managers phone number and I could further take it up with him. But to my demise I later found out that this store manager is related to the district manager. (obvious conflict of interest). and I would probably not get anywhere. Now all I am asking is for a even exchange nothing more or less. I do know they do not even keep broken box springs they give them to homeless folks. WELL ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. RIP OFF REPORT.COM HELP
