the Neat Print Company I call them for a refund of my money and told themthat I don't use their neat print anymore they thencharge my account again and every time I call them to give me the billing phone number they give me a number that will not answer I just need my money refunded to me Internet

the neat print company is the one  i complane about  they withdraw 125.99 dollars out of my account on 3/21. I finally got a hold of them to tell them i do not use this machine any more and havenot use it since 2014 i wanted a refund of my money they person was a tech and said that the email they have was wrong and he would change it and refund mymoney . when he did that he turn around and bill me another 129.99 and did not refund anymoney. I tried to contac them about this told them i wanted the billing dept they gave me a number 186639645439 and I can never get any one to answer. I want to know what can be done about getting my money back. I tried the on line chat and they kept me haging until it was 500 so they waould not talk to me
