The Noize Faktory Dan Kad, Director. Ripoff of 400$, stealing lying and ignoring many clients. Toronto, Ontario

There is no such program that was ever shown under that title whcih i have confirmed on the website & when i took the course. Im pretty sure these are fake accounts from the company trying to retain the image. But cheaters will never succeed. 

I was surprised to see this bad report about The Noize Faktory, especially the manager - Dan. This company is amazing, it's exactly what Toronto or even Canada is missing! The Noize Faktory is like the Dubspot(NYC) in Toronto! When I was there, The Dubbs (signed to Universal) were getting their training there and they were in the process of getting signed at that time, which resulted in them going on tour with LMFAO!! It was the most inspiring experience getting trained at The Noize Faktory for my DJ-ing and production career. I've learned so much from these guys and better yet, they supplied me with a whole Artist Development package, such as presskits and what not. This helped me get more gigs and more shows and now I have a placement for my beats on a UK radio station. I still keep in contact with The Noize Faktory team and to this day, they still help me however they can with my career. I cannot be anymore thankful!!!! I recommend this company to those who are actually serious about their music.

I just recently completed The Ultimate Audio Package which is the Noize Faktory's most popular course. I was well beyond satisfied with the results. I started the course with no knowledge what so ever, and with the help of my instructor I learned the ins and outs of the music industry as well as the skills to Produce, DJ, Mix and Master, and communicate better with other industry professionals. 

The owner, Dan and I met when I was first interested in taking the course at The Noize Faktory. Since I was unable to follow the payment plan offered, he introduced me to the new payment plan that the company put in place where you pay per lesson instead of upfront. 

Since I did not have access to a vehicle, and lived too far from the studio, Dan set it up so the instructor came to my home for 2 hour sessions at a time. The instructor was always on time, and had positive feedback and suggestions so I can improve my skills. The instructor even filmed our whole session together so I could review what I had learned before the next session. I was even allowed to keep all the software the instructor provided so I did not have to buy it after the course ended. 

If anyone is interested in taking DJ lessons, I would reccommend the Noize Faktory! Great service and I really feel so proud to have completed the program.

The following case happened to me in recent months (September 2012- March 2013). The Noize Faktory is a company I first saw on a newspaper labelled as the best DJ arts school in Toronto, who hired independent instructors to teach specific skills to students, interested in such a service, I checked out it's website and naively applied to their 400$ DJ's 1 on 1 training.

So at the end of September I decided to visit this facility, there I met the director who goes by the name Dan Kad, we agreed on my course and at the end of September I paid the whole amount of 400$ for the 6 classes to his company, he gave me my instructor and told me I would communicate with him via email about appointments and other things related, and showed me where I would take the course, and so everything really went fine until after my second lesson.

As usual I would email to my instructor asking when the next appointment could be, but this time he couldn't tell me when it's going to be for a while and later admitted that he couldn't set up a date because Dan Kad wouldn't confirm on the appointment date with him. Around a week went by and I decided to call Dan directly, what he said was that the electricity wasn't working in the facility so that's why he couldn't agree on an appointment with my instructor, it just so happened at the same time there was the infamous hurricane in USA which partly reached Toronto, so I believed him.

But then a month went by without lessons and any progress when Dan sent me an email with the following text. Weve been having some issues with scheduling sessions due to staff shortage and technical issues we are resolving these issues and our instructors will provide you with their schedules for you to resume your classes this week.
 
Since then my instructor and me have tried to contact Dan with no success, he would not reply to my complaint letter nor from my instructor.
 
On the first of January I wrote my final letter/request to Dan's email for my money back or to continue the classes with no answer.

Today is the March 29th and I still have no reply.

I do not recommend anybody to use the service of The Noize Faktory

I can confirm that I have also experienced similar problems with Noize Faktory.
