I received a 6 page letter on August 22, 2005 telling me that for many years there has been an exclusive association, a secret society, of the world's most famous and powerful people. That include actors, musicians, and leading scientists, intellectuals and self-made entrepreneurs and artists, even some of the rare genuine astrologers and psychics.

They wanted me to know that I was 'chosen' by someone in this society, a society that has uncovered some shockingly powerfu secrets. And that they share these secrets only amongst themselves. They also told me that these individuals, the 'members' of the Nouveau Tech Society have analyzed my profile. (I have no idea what profile they are talking about, or where they obtained any of my information)

The biggest key to me that this is a scam was on page 1 it states that I had only until the 25th of August to reply to this letter. The letter Reads:

[ ] I,(my name), feel that something astounding is about to happen in my life! The Nouveau Tech Society has discovered me. I possess very special and rare traits. Because of these traits, the Nouveau Tech Society is willing to send me their secrets that lead to enormous wealth, love and the most phenomenal personal abilities, ABSOLUTELY FREE! I know that I have a limited window of opportunity and have decided not to wait another minute. If I wait, I understand that this opportunity closes, and I personally reserved, 56-page, numbered booklet containing the secrets, completely free of charge, today!

Mail or fax this entire page back to me.

Nouveau Tech

It's unfortunate that you did not purchase the book and experience the information presented in the book.

Back in the late 1800's to early 1900's a technique called "Yellow Journalism" was developed to sell papers. This technique caught on quickly because it gave a newspaper what it needed most, more readers. The news media then lost its most valuable asset namely integrity.

That trait is missing in most of the posts about Nouveau Tech being a scam. People complain that they got this letter in the mail and that the promises given in the letter are beyond belief. Why is that so?

Complaining in society gets results. There are times when complaining is legitimate. Other times its done just because it has worked in the past especially when an emotional tone is given to the complaint.

So to those who are complaining on this forum who haven't bought the book, why be so vocal about something that you haven't even bought? What are you afraid of?

Nouveau Tech has the information that most honest hard working people need to make sense out of a chaotic upside down world we live in. Some people don't want that information to get out into society because it will jeopardize their "privileged" comfortable life.

You owe it to yourself to find out what others don't want you to know.

I was also contacted by this company more than once. But the first time I was contacted, all I had to do was send back a card indicating my interest. So I did figuring why not? The next day I got called for a job interview. Huh, I thought. That's strange. The day before I flew to Washington, I received more information in the mail from this company. Ah-hah! Now they wanted money. I tossed it into the trash can. I didn't get the job. My family still teases me about it. But the 'funny' thing is that I've received 2 other letters from this company after I was told that if I didn't become a part of their group (i.e., send money) I would never be contacted again and lose out on this great opportunity! Just another scam.
