I have attempted to get Management to Give me Paperwork They Claim they have; Putting $3300 on my Credit Reports. I have been given some Original Bills of Anselmo Patlan, ONLY Person on Lease. I found out he is Illegal Mexican Immigrant. I told Management this. They told me, they would find his paperwork on Apartment #521 & Remove this off my Credit Reports. Called back several times, told they can't find his paperwork. I told them, I want Copies of Any & All Paperwork using my information. I checked reviews on this Property & found out, Management has long History of Leasing to Illegal Immigrants & going after the ID Theft Victims. I am in Process of Filing with Federal Trade Commission. PLEASE help me get Management to give me Paperwork, they used to Ruin my Credit. I'm getting nowhere. Thanks

What you describe is ID Theft. Make sure you file a police report for the fraud and follow the steps on the FTC website for ID Theft. The CRAs will have to remove the entry from your credit report when you provide a copy of the police report to them. Go to FTC(dot)gov and right on the main page is a link to the identity theft website or go directly there: IdentityTheft(dot)gov
