I ordered a set of leaf springs for my truck through this company. The website clearly stated the price listed was for a Pair of springs. The company was contacted and asked, via the online chat and the phone, to verify this price was indeed for a set of 2 springs. The company assured us the product was a set of 2 springs, a pair, 2 springs. So I ordered them.

When the sring arrived there was only one, not two as I had been assured repeatedly. I went online and rechecked the listing and sure enough it says in capital letters "sold as pair". So I contacted them again through the online chat and then again by phone and asked if this price is for a pair of springs and again I was told yes, it is a set of two.

I contacted customer service and explained I only received one spring. The company said I was mistaken I should have only received one. I told them about the website and online chat and phone conversations with sales, they told me the website and those I spoke to were wrong. They were rude, did not offer to make this right, and then I had to fight for them to pay for the return shipping.

It has now been one month since the spring arrived back to them and they still have not refunded my credit card. I will be filling a dispute with my credit card company.

This company is bad. The falsely advertise products to attract customers then they do not send what they advertise then they are rude and are difficult to work with in returning products and receiving a refund. I will never shop there again nor will I recommend this site to anyone. As a matter of fact I am telling anyone and everyone who buys autoparts, this place is a complete ripoff!!!
