Complaint Review: The Paws.com
The Paws.com Online Pet Ventures Unreachaable, Non-responsive, No Progress with Order, Charges account without further processing or shipping San Clemente, California
They have charged my credit card. Other than the initial order confirmation, there have been no further e-mail updates. When I order from other online companies, I get e-mail updates about the order's progress until the order ships. Not so with ThePaws. After 2 days, there is still no notification of shipment.
Had this company been abandoned with the web site still up and running and their phone still connected? What is going on?
It also states on their web site that they are a member of the UpFront commitment program. Well I just reported them to the Upfront Company about not being up front.
Is getting affordable pet supplies nowadays too good to be true and too much to ask? Are people on a budget not supposed to have pets anymore? This business seemed to have everything I needed for prices that I thought were fair for the items I was ordering. Now I am afraid I might have been duped by what I thought was a legitimate company.
I need help either getting a refund so that I can order what I need from elsewhere (hopefully at affordable prices) or for these items to be shipped to me. Plain and simple.
