The Pure Sleep Company Misrepresented Pricing Internet

Avoid the Pure Sleep Company.  On their website, they completely misrepresent their pricing.  They claim they will only charge $9.95 for shipping for a 30-day trial.  Not true.  They charged my credit card the full amount.  They claim when you buy one, they will send you a free one.  Not true.  I only got one.  They charge extra for expedited shipping.  Wrong again.  It took them three weeks to ship my mouthpiece.  When I called to complain, they told me my credit card was declined and they tried every 7 days for three times.  I called my credit card company and they have no record of a charge being declined and there was more than enough balance on my account for even the full charge.  When I asked about the free one, they told me I went to the wrong web site and that the buy one get one free costs $20 more. They refused to send me the free one or to refund the expedited shipping charge.  I filed a dispute with my credit card company.
