the ritman agency bay hill partners complete pump n dump scam of an operation winter park Florida

ive been a financial advisor for many years in the great state of alabama and boy let me tell you that i was duped by a certain "ritman agency" that claimed everything but produced nothing. it started with a call i received from one of their employees trying to sell me a stock (sfpi) santa fe petroleum. my cost average was around 2.10 on this particular stock. i was told that the ritman agency was an advertising firm that kicked out a major advertising campaign after the first initial investors bought the stock beforehand. i was told that we were the "lucky" ones to get involved before this all happened. i was told that santa fe petroleum was nearing full production in their many wells. i was told that these companies that they had represented previously before; had advertisement campaigns on the times square jumbotron, fox news and various marketing catalogs.

i was told that i was going to make money on the issue and felt like i was being beat with a lead pipe through intense pushy sales. i was told to call my clients and sell them on these stocks that the ritman was pumping out. i was told that there was an 18-24 month hold on sfpi. 

now.........

(sfpi) is now at .01 cents............my cost average is around 2.10........ this is the stock market and especially with these bb issues we need to take caution but..........

when i confronted the employee who sold me this stock about what other stocks they worked in the past she couldnt tell me.........she just gave me some b******* line to butter me up......i had talked to another male employee and asked him what proof he had of any advertisment done with these stocks and i was told "thats information i cannot share with you".....

i found out through another; because i have been monitoring these guys closely..... that some of there past deals include (scio)...(nakd)...(monk).....(alas)....and now they are working (mixx).....

these stocks are all sold at a very high premium obviously....they arnt worth more than .05 cents but they are being pumped to us brokers at an extremely high rate.....this agency is a 3rd party that gets paid from a small group of investors who own stock in these companies.....these investors pay the ritman agency to pum the stock......once the investors sell their stock and make their money then the ritman agency is out on the stock and thats when things implode.

its a classic pump n dump headed by a fellow by the name of raymond burghardt.....his right hand man goes by the name of tamarra kidd....and i dealt in the past with emilio vasquez who i found did prison time for fraud......

this is a classy joint.....

this company used to be called bay hill partners inc....... in which i found out myself......like i said ive been doing my homeowrk on these guys for months.....bay hill partners got into some kind of legality issue apparently and had to change their name....

bottom line.....i dont know if the sec can do anything or not but they have been contacted.....this is a classic pump n dump scam headed by a major scum bag....stay away
