The Sarlow Group, Nate Lowen, Not paying inspectors........USE CAUTION!!!!

There are many reports about this company on the web. As someone who has done these type inspections for several years I have never had to deal with such poor business practices when it comes to dealing with sub contractors.

Calling Nate Lowen (317-246-0838) is usually a mute point as he will not answer his phone and his voice mail is always full.

Nationals do NOT like to have contractors who refuse to pay their subs!! A simple phone call may solve your problems.

Easier collection effort- Whitley County Clerk of Courts, 101 W Vanburen St, Columbia City, In 46725. Phone is 260-248-3102. Whitley County is one of the only counties in Indiana that allows for small claims up to $6000 without an attorney. Forms can be requested by email, filled out, and mailed back with a money order for the court cost. Rember to ask for any unpaid balance, cost to file, time spent, and any other accosiated fees when asking for judjment.
